Here we go. Pretty simple team. Astral Barrage is a must, and I prefer Z-Moves over Dynamax because: Dynamax takes away Substitute, and you're wasted to the likes of Arceus Dark, Yveltal, etc. +3 Never-Ending Nightmare OHKOes Yveltal after rocks. Pollen Puff is there for Tyranitar and Dark Arceus, since +2 OHKOes them, even in Sandstorm. Nasty Plot is for breaking stall.
Tyranitar-Mega's main purpose is to switch-in comfortably to Yveltal and Calyrex Shadow, beats all non-Focus Blast Dynamax Yveltal variants. Max Sp.Def investment makes it take only 33% from Max Overgrowth of Calyrex Shadow unboosted, while Pursuit is for trapping it. It also beats all non-Earthquake variants of Mega-Rayquaza. Rock Tomb punishes all Dragon Dance sweepers.
And Sword Dog. It's an excellent partner for mega Tyranitar, taking care of Fairy and Fighting types for Tyranitar. Put Substitute to understand opponents' strategy. Play Rough isn't chosen because Behemoth Blade does OHKO most Dragon types after Stealth Rock damage. Substitute also help against Smeargle Cheese cancer, Viviliion and Lugia, if it isn't running Whirlwind.
Ahhh... Kyogre. Dynamax Kyogre has awesome capability, and does very good, and since Choice items are disabled in Dynamax, Life Orb works. HP Flying boosts it speed, making it faster than most Pokemon in the meta. Max Hailstorm OHKOes Eternatus, which people run Scarfed to check the likes of Dynamaxed Yveltal and Kyogre.
Specially Defensive P-Don fits this slot nicely, and a good Stealth Rock setter. Does Check Marshadow for Calyrex because of high Sp.Def.
Ho-Oh is Hooh. Nah, this team's Defogger and pivots to gain back HP from regenerator. Because of this, Roost isn't chosen. Sacred Fire is a must, while Toxic hurts those who come in a switch-in. Hope you will find this useful for rating it.
