You shouldn't put EVs in every stat, only the ones you need. Usually EVs are arranged as 252 ___  252 ___  4___. Sometimes they are spread differently, but usually only between 3-4 stats.

Get a better moveset for Mew. You don't need two same type stabs- replace overheat or fire blast with psychic on darmanitan, don't use hurricane on corviknight, don't use Draco meteor on kyurem. Remove hyper beam, thunder bolt and psychic on mimikyu and change it for something like sword dance, shadow sneak and play rough. Change  steel beam to iron head for corviknight too. I'm not gonna rant anymore. That's all you get from me. My main point is that your team needs a lot of improving.

Having EVs in every stat isn't a very good idea.

Corviknight doesn't have good Special Attack, so get rid of Steel Beam and Hurricane. Replace Steel Beam with Iron Head or Steel Wing, so it can have some really good stab. Replace Hurricane with Body Press. Body Press does more damage the higher the users Defense is, and Corviknight has really high defense. You also could replace Roost with Iron Defense, so that Body Press is more powerful, but that's up to you.
