Go with Gyarados/Ludicolo/Sharpedo/Blastoise/Lanturn/Feraligatr maybe?

Gyarados can learn Hydro Pump, Hurricane AND Thunder if you want type coverage. Ludicolo has Swift Swim and can learn Hydro Pump for quick kills. Sharpedo has high Atk and Spd and learns Aqua Jet as well as Crunch for Mega Alakazams and stuff like that. Blastoise can take advantage of its Def and Rain Dish (which works like leftovers, but in rain) +Rapid Spin for hazards. Lanturn has Water Absorb/Volt Absorb and learns Volt Switch if something doesn't work out. Feraligatr has high Atk and type coverage and learns Liquidation, which would be a devastating move for Feraligatr.

Overall Gyarados and Ludicolo are reliant on the rain, the rest isn't.
Hope this helped!

60 base special attack just to have coverage in the rain? Why are the defensive rain users better than what he has?
What about Raichu?
Hurricane and thunder are already covered by Dragonite and Gyarados' special attack is downright pathetic. Sharpedo's priority is covered by Greninja and Ludicolo being a special attacker is already done by Greninja as well with the added bonus of not being over reliant on rain
1. To all of you saying that Gyarados's Sp. Atk is weak and making sarcastic comments (lookin' at you, NebbyY), I didn't know that, sorry, my mistake. I'm not much of a competitive player (however i'm kinda good) and don't remember every pokemon's stat or check before i post an answer. 2. I guess Raichu could work but not really, since Lanturn exists and also has access to Thunder and Hydro Pump. 3. KyokaSuigetsu I kinda forgot that I was making suggestions for a final member of the team, so thanks for reminding!
How can you expect to give good advice to competitive players if you're not much of a competitive player yourself? You're not some miracle talent who is good at the game without playing it.
Look, I'm just trying to help other people, alright? Maybe I'm not competitive, but I know something about Pokemon, and I have played Pokemon games. So if you got anything better to say that i'm not a competitive player and suggest something, that'd be great.
We expect at least a moderate level of competitive skill. I appreciate you trying to help and we'd love to help you get better yourself if you're interested, but maybe save answering RMT questions til later on. We're not trying to be mean, and no one is being sarcastic. If you have any questions ask us on our walls
