So based around this team, who should my sixth member be?

I am pretty sure that Deoxys Speed, Floette-Eternal, and Celesteela aren't used in Balances Hackmons due to being relatively poor picks. I think replacing them would be more beneficial than giving your team a 6th member at this point. (sorry if this sounds a bit harsh). :P

I'm glad you asked! I have been setting up a team of my own, and is pretty much yours!
For me, I would add Mega Rayquaza.
Why?
This pokemon has one of the highest stats of any pokemon in existance and only challenged by few!
It's recommend to have Dragon Ascent to Mega Evolve, and other moves to counter ice and fairy types.
(Some of its few weaknesses) Have this pokemon with no special attacks so the two natures that boost
(-SpA/+Spd or -SpA/+A) will matter. Depending on if you are going against trainers or online players, natures matter. It will boost a statistic of a pokemon and reduce the stat that you aren't using, so win win!

Most Mega Rayquaza sets in BH have Triage, Oblivion Wing, Giga Drain, Tail Glow, and some Dragon or Flying type special move so it isn't countered by Dazzling. :P

You do realize that Rayquaza can be already mega evolved regardless of its moves, right?

Also you can only mega evolve it using the move Dragon Ascent.
Choosing attack as your main stat to focus on (Attack and Special Attack are the same for Rayquaza and M Rayquaza) is extremely helpful.
Conclusion: This will improve its Dragon Ascent move and allow you to use those EVs for others.
