You should let it know fling, that flame orb is not very useful without Fling, you should change out that Facade, or change Conkeldurr's held item to Black Belt.
Dragapult (I think you should get a new one)
Almost everything could change, you don't have to worry too much about dragapult's speed, you should go with Adamant, so Dragon Darts will be the startler choice for double battles, in tough situations, Dragon Tail could change the situation by switching out the enemies. Dragon Rush can inflict status, plus, it has high power. To prevent Dragon Rush from missing you should let it learn Lock-on.
Cinderace
You already have a speedy Sweeper, focus on attack, I would recommend only changing Sucker Punch, you should learn Pyro Ball, that way you have a status inflicting move and a frozen condition thawing move.
Torkoal
I am going to guess is your staller, so you should change clear smog to Amnesia, that way your defenses are equal.
Grimmsnarl
You should change Light Screen to false surrender, so that you have a move that checks to always hit. I also recommend you to torment, that way if the target uses a super powerful move, it cannot use it the next round.
Venusaur
Earth Power might not be the best and most reliable, Growth doesn't raise your stats much so don't go for it, you should change either Earth Power and Growth to Leech seed and Synthesis.
