Notes:

Ferroseed- Eviolite is for extra bulk. He can shut down Pokemon that rely heavily on their items with Knock Off. Gyro Ball is my choice of a STAB move. Stealth Rocks are for entry hazards, which cripples Kantonian Ponyta if the opponent decides to try to hit him with a 4x effective Flare Blitz. Thunder Wave is for crippling purposes, in case it’s better to attack first than to go for Gyro Ball.

Scorbunny- I have found that a Choice Band works pretty effectively with it, especially when it always gets STAB. I just swept a team with HJK, which covers Pawniard. U-Turn is to escape from a bad matchup right off the bat. Gunk Shot is coverage. Quick Attack is priority and more reliable against defensive Pokémon as opposed to Sucker Punch.

Chinchou- Eviolite, again, gives her extra bulk. Timid gives her a bit more speed. Ice Beam covers grass and ground types, whose STAB is the only thing she is weak to. Thunderbolt is STAB. Volt Switch is also for STAB, and it is to switch out from Pokémon like Ferroseed that’ll tank the set. Scald is STAB and the burn chance is always nice.

Farfetch’d- Farfetch’d is really slow, so a Choice Scarf is one of the more viable options for it. Jolly further boosts his speed. Close Combat is STAB that hits really hard (with the defense lowering side effect though, so after using it a bit he’ll probably get OHKOed). Knock Off hits Galarian Ponyta super effectively, and, again, it cripples Pokemon that rely on items (such as Eviolite users). Brave Bird is coverage. Poison Jab covers Fairy types.

Cufant- Surprise, Eviolite makes it bulkier :P. 3/4 of its moves take advantage of Sheer Force (also, Heavy Metal kinda sucks). Adamant gives her the power boost. Iron Head is STAB and boosted by Sheer Force. Play Rough covers Fighting types and also gets the Sheer Force boost. Power Whip is Ground coverage. Rock Slide is Fire coverage boosted by Sheer Force.

Ponyta- I love Galarian Ponyta. Life Orb is for the extra damage output. Pastel Veil because Anticipation and Run Away are worse. Jolly is for the speed boost. Play Rough is coverage against Dark types. High Horsepower covers Steel types, especially Pawniard, who takes neutral damage from Play Rough. Morning Sun is to shrug off Life Orb recoil. Zen Headbutt is STAB.

So yeah, that’s my team :)

Ferroseed: Gyro Ball might not be the best choice considering LC's weird speed tier. Bullet Seed or Iron Head would be better choices.

Scorbunny: I still think Sucker Punch would be better than Quick Attack for the added power. Choice Banded Sucker Punch probably wouldn't be the best idea, so Life Orb could be another option, or alternatively Heavy Duty Boots since your team lacks hazard removal and switching into Stealth Rock is bad.

Chinchou is good.

Farfetch'd is good.

Cufant: You might want Steel coverage such as Superpower (otherwise you get walled by popular steel types like Pawniard and Bronzor), replacing Rock Slide or Play Rough.

Ponyta is good.

Hope this helped!
