Imo, you should always have a fast Pokémon on a TR team because of things like Imprison + TR Chandelure.

Only thing I would say is put Throat Spray on Primarina as that gives her a 50% boost in Sp.Atk. Everything else seems to be well planned out. However, MegaCharizardY is correct - you should have a fast pokemon too (probs. Cinderace because it is so overused and can serve as nice scout also).

You don’t really need a Fire move on Cinderace, High Jump Kick works better. Rest of the set is good though.
