Rillaboom: Think the set should be changed to be more offensive.
Rillaboom @ Choice Band
Ability: Grassy Surge
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Grassy Glide
- U-turn
- Wood Hammer
- High Horsepower
Grassy Glide should be used to take advantage of Grassy Terrain, U-turn to swap out on bad matchups, Wood Hammer for even more damage, and High Horsepower to take out steel types (Earthquake is weakened in Grassy Terrain).
Pelipper is okay.
Ludicolo is okay.
Bellossom: Replace this for Hawlucha. Setting Grassy Terrain without Grassy Surge is inconvenient and wastes a turn.
Hawlucha @ Grassy Seed
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Acrobatics
- Close Combat
- Taunt
This set can setup and sweep after a Swords Dance. Acrobatics is already doubled after the Grassy Seed is consumed. Close Combat is generic STAB that can't miss. Taunt is to stop status, Haze, etc.
Jolteon: Replace this for Kingdra, since you have rain and you need an obligatory Swift Swimmer.
Kingdra @ Choice Specs
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Flip Turn
- Draco Meteor
- Hurricane
- Surf
Flip Turn is to pivot. Draco Meteor is Dragon STAB. Hurricane is 100% in the rain and hits Pokemon like AV Tangrowth. Surf is rain boosted STAB.
Mew: Replace this for Slowbro. Better Psychic type overall. It can somewhat take advantage of rain, it's a defensive pivot, and has a ton of longevity.
Slowbro @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Scald
- Slack Off
- Teleport
- Psychic
Hope this helped!
