Hello!
Please Note: I spent over an hour on this, but hit a random button on my computer that reset EVERYTHING. I was on Zeraora, too. So yeah, I have to redo this, and I'm sorry if this feels rushed in any way.
Dragapult
- Replace the Rocky Helmet with Life Orb, in order to deal more damage overall.
- Infiltrator is often better than Cursed Body, as screens are quite common in Gen 8 OU. The ability can be used to completely bypass the normal decreases in damage.
- Having both Dragon Claw and Dragon Darts on your Dragapult isn't very helpful. Dragon Darts is much better in almost every scenario. I would replace Dragon Claw with Steel Wing or Dragon Dance. Steel Wing is for coverage against Ice and Fairy Types. Dragon Dance is used to set-up for more damage, and out-speed almost everything commonly used in the format. The only small problem is a Max Speed Scarfed Zeraora, but luckily, 252 Atk Zeraora Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Dragapult: 242-286 (76.3 - 90.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO, so it can at least deal some damage.
Dragapult (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Infiltrator
Nature: Naive
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
- Dragon Darts
- Dragon Dance / Steel Wing
- Flamethrower / Fire Blast
- Phantom Force
Bisharp
- I'd would honestly recommend the moves the Smogon states is great for OU, being Swords Dance (for setting up), Iron Head, Knock Off, and Sucker Punch (for STAB and item-stealing).
- I would recommend a Life Orb in order to deal as much damage possible, along with Swords Dance and Defiant.
- Replace Inner Focus with Defiant, as that allows any stat drops to increase his attack power when sweeping.
Bisharp (M) @ Focus Sash / Life Orb
Ability: Defiant
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
- Swords Dance
- Iron Head
- Sucker Punch / Aerial Ace
- Knock Off / Aerial Ace
Alakazam
- I'd replace Leftovers with Focus Sash, in order to let Alakazam always get a Nasty Plot off.
- Switching Future Sight with Nasty Plot will allow for Alakazam to sweep even more effectively.
- Magic Guard is typically better for Alakazam, as not taking damage from things such as toxic is extremely useful.
Alakazam (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Magic Guard
Nature: Modest / Timid
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk
- Nasty Plot
- Psychic
- Energy Ball
- Dazzling Gleam
Gallade:
- While I like Gallade, I think Conkeldurr would fit your team better overall.
Conkeldurr (M) @ Flame Orb
Ability: Guts
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 HP / 252 Spe
- Protect
- Facade
- Drain Punch
- Knock Off
This is the classic "Flame-Facade" set (I'm calling it that, cause, alliteration). Protect can be used to stall a turn and activate the Flame Orb. However, I wouldn't recommend protecting on Pokémon low on HP, or ones that like stalling and look they are going to use a recovery move. Facade is for dealing massive damage along with it's Guts Ability. Drain Punch is for healing, which is especially helpful for recovering from the burn damage. Finally, Knock Off is used for Ghost Types, slow Psychic types (I'd suggest switching if they're very fast), and Pokémon that might or do have strong items.
Cinderace:
- Heavy-Duty Boots can be your item, as Stealth Rocks (or really any Hazards) can ruin Cinderace's time on the field.
- Sticking with the Hazard idea, I'd replace Gunk Shot with Court Change, to help Alakazam (with its Focus Sash), and just the rest of the team in general from taking annoying damage.
- I would potentially swap Zen Headbutt with Hi Jump Kick (for Rock Types), or with Sucker Punch (for Ghost and Psychic Types).
Cinderace (M) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Libero
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
- Pyro Ball
- Zen Headbutt / Hi Jump Kick / Sucker Punch
- Court Change
- U-turn
Zeraora:
- There are two options I'd recommend for you.
Option 1
Zeraora @ Rocky Helmet / Life Orb
Ability: Volt Absorb
Nature: Naive
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
- Plasma Fists
- Close Combat
- Fake Out
- Grass Knot
This is quite similar to your original set. Life Orb can be used for extra power when attacking. In addition, Drain Punch can be replaced with Close Combat for the same reason.
Option 2
Zeraora @ Choice Scarf / Choice Band
Ability: Volt Absorb
Nature: Jolly / Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
- Plasma Fists
- Close Combat
- Play Rough
- Knock Off
For this set, I would Play Rough is for addition coverage, like for dealing with potentially annoying Dragon Types. Knock can be used against Dragapult (see above :P) or against anything with a potentially threatening item. Choice Band is for extra power, while the Scarf is for extra speed. While it does lock you into a move, the 1.5x attack and speed boost, respectively, are worth the small drawback on Zeraora, at least in my opinion.
I Hope I Helped!
P.S. - Your team seemed to be on the Hyper Offensive side, so that's kind of what I built it around.
