Drop moon blast  on sylveon

Psyshock would be good for poi coverage or mystacal fire

hello

I'm going to recommend decuideye as the main sweeper of the team. While he doesn't do enough damage on his own, weakness policy deciudeye does a lot. Also, phantom force feels like kind of a waste seeing as how decuidye already has a ghost move, use shadow sneak instead.

Pelipper is kind of a waste of a pokemon. Not enough pokemon benefit from its rain, just having dracovish use it is definitely a waste. I'd recommend talonflame instead, he can activate the weakness policy, and talonflame has the gale wings for tailwind, which is super valuable in the metagame.
Talonflame @ Saftey Goggles
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
-Ember
-Tailwind
-Brave Bird
-Taunt
Tailwind for speed, a perfect fit because the team is only moderately fast, ember for the weakness policy, flare blitz and brave bird for damage.

Alakazam definitely does not have enough bulk for a screen setter, so I'm going to recommend grimmsnarl instead:
Grimmsnarl @ Light Clay
Ability: Prankster
EVs:252 HP/24 SpD/12 Spe
Careful Nature
-Taunt
-Spirit Break
-Light Screen
-Reflect
Spirit Break lower special attack and does damage, taunt for trick room teams and other stuff. Keep in mind that his screens and taunt have prioirty thanks to prankster.

Stage hazards are useless in VGC, and steel beam has too much recoil to be useful. Run flash cannon and thunderbolt instead, and give him assault vest.

Extinct fish should get rid of protect. When choiced, you definitely don't want to be locked into protect. Run rock slide instead, and I also recommend crunch over earthquake.

Sylveon is pretty good. However, run mystical fire over moonblast as hyper voice both overpowers Moonblast and hits both enemies. Yawn over fake tears because the sleep is nice.

Hope I helped!

Decidueye? Definitely not. If you want some kind of weakness policy, then coalassal and steam engine is best. +4 speed and +2 atk and sp atk destroys things. Decidueye is also very slow, and will likely be koed fast. Use eviolite sneasal and surf. Sneasal has super low sp atk and coalassal have pretty good sp def
Theres much better moves than ember
I’m kinda op in vgc ngl

Dracovish I mean
Also that Alakazam was wack tbh, dual screens and TR on an Alakazam? Maybe fun as a gimmick but that’s just crazy imo.
Too many water types in the metagame for coalossal imo(aka primarina is the bane of my life).
"Use eviolite sneasal and surf."

While I agree that Sneasel + Surf + WP Coalossal is a good strategy, I wouldn't recommend Eviolite. To be honest, it's defenses are too low, I would run a Focus Sash.
@-MegaCharizardY- Sash is better because Sneasel is immune to Fake Out
Was Intimidate on Talonflame supposed to be Gale Wings? lol
@-MegaCharizardY- Oh shoot he's on to me making hackmons quick destroy the evidence
@Clemson I believe they wanted a weak fire move to turn on weakness policy
Thanks for the advice @PossiblySomeone!
