Assault Vest is for tanking moonblasts from Flutter Mane. Surf is a strong move to sweep the opponent. Wave Crash to take down Pokemon with worse Def then SpD. Tera Blast to get the jump on Palafin. Tera Grass to be able to take down Palafin and become immune to Spore. Order Up to shore up the Defense stat. I invested is SpA to make Surf all the more Powerful, and with +2 Spe from Commander, it outspeeds most pokemon.

Tailwind for when Pelipper is not fit the job. Foul Play for some damage, rain dance for when opposing weather teams, and Haze for other D-dozo teams. Tera Steel for Moonblasts.
Overall I think the team is good. A previous version of the team hit top 4 when I competed in the Online Competition, but it had many big weaknesses. Thanks for taking the time for reading this!

How are you gonna deal with Trick Room? Iron Hands under Trick Room is gonna sweep you. What about opposing Rain teams or stuff like Sand?
