Explanations:
I wanted to counter the frequent water types in this series by using Dracozolt, which is the core for this team. 140 speed investment allows it to outspeed all base 60 speed Pokemon with 252 in speed, which is pretty niche against Pokemon such as Primarina. The sp.def investment allows it to tank Lapras' GMAX Resonance and Primarina's DMAX Moonblast, which is frightening as it allows Dracozolt to murder them.
104+ Atk Life Orb Hustle Dracozolt Max Lightning vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Dynamax Primarina: 439-517 (117.3 - 138.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
104+ Atk Life Orb Hustle Dracozolt Max Lightning vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Dynamax Lapras: 289-343 (60.9 - 72.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery -- Will take out Lapras no matter what because Dracozolt is faster.

+2 252 SpA Lapras Max Hailstorm vs. 40 HP / 220 SpD Dynamax Dracozolt: 314-372 (92.3 - 109.4%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO (weakness policy comfey lapras)
252 SpA Lapras Max Hailstorm vs. 40 HP / 220 SpD Dynamax Dracozolt: 158-188 (46.4 - 55.2%) -- 68% chance to 2HKO (normal lapras)

The issue with this however, is if Amoongus makes its way onto the field. To counter this, I used Fire Fang on Dracozolt which had pretty surprising results:

I'll take my chances.

The typical plan is to lead Arcanine + Dracozolt for intimidate for Dracozolt to have better longevity.
Assault Vest Arcanine with investment allows it take tank Primarina's Hydro Cannon Max Geyser:
-1 252+ SpA Life Orb Primarina Max Geyser vs. 108 HP / 152+ SpD Assault Vest Arcanine: 151-179 (84.3 - 100%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO
So the plan is to snarl then tank then allow Dracozolt to dish out massive amounts of damage.

My second lead is Primarina + Coalossal which is pretty common and hard to defend. This is if the opponent runs mons that can pose a threat to Dracozolt. The EV investment for Coalossal was rushed and please change it if you think there is a better spread.

Urshifu with focus sash is late game sweeper, having STAB Wicked Blow to deal massive amount of damage, alongside its niche Close Combat, knowing that it will be 2HKO either way. I'm sure most of you will agree with the set. I decided not to run sucker punch and replaced it with detect so that it could potentially make a late-game comeback if the opponent decides to double into Urshifu.

Lastly, Ferrethorn is simply for coverage due to my lack of grass and steel typing. Its x4 weakness to fire could also be used as a gimmick to invite Arcanines to flare blitz into my switched-in Coalossal.

Anyways, please tell me what to improve on for the team! Overall, it is a hyper offensive team with longevity to withstand numerous attacks from the current Meta.

Liquid Voice doesn't boost BP, so it's pretty much useless. Sparkling Aria with Torrent hits harder. Sitrus Berry is also probably not as good as AV.
Arcanine is my lead and it's crucial he survives on turn 1, so no assault vest for Primarina. I see why you think AV is great, but there has to be sacrifices in a team.
Also, Liquid Voice + Hyper Voice is base 90, the same as sparkling aria. So why damage your ally when you can function perfectly well?
Some of the late game situations are either Primarina + Urshifu too. Another contributing factor as to why I went with Hyper Voice + Liquid Voice is because if I had to lead Primarina, and an Amoongus shows up as well, I can counter by using Max Strike.
I get it, but Hyper voice seems a lot more natural to me.
How does this team deal with Porygon-Z?

Not your Urshifu. It can't touch Clefairy and will get brought down to sash with one Max Strike, and you don't have any support for it. I'd suggest dropping Arcanine for Grimmsnarl. It can fake out Clefairy, preventing follow me, allowing Urshifu to attack P-Z. (It's still not an OHKO throgh Friend Guard without choice band, but Band might be valuable for the OHKO roll on most Dusclops, as your team struggles against TR.)  Like Arcanine, Grimmsnarl offers damage reduction with screens and additionally offers speed control with Thunder Wave/Scary face, which your team doesn't have outside of Steam Engine. Taunt is also valuable if you want it instead. Also, meteor beam and protect are much better than stone edge and earth power on Coalossal.
