What's last move for rapidash? Silvally doesn't really need iron head after multi attack. Flash cannon not life dew for Lucario, I advise u to set up hazards to make dragon tail more useful(I hope u Kno that dragon tail has negative priority, which does not make much use of its high speed)
Last move for Rapidash is Psycho Cut.
Good team but I’d give dragapult and lucario dragon dance and swords dance and give noivern
dragon dance as well
Lucario have greater Sp. Atk than Attack
...Which isn't always the right way to decide which type of set you should run. Close Combat is more powerful than Aura Sphere and more reliable than Focus Blast, which leaves a major incentive to use physical Lucario. Close Combat actually does more damage than Aura Sphere (assuming the same EVs and a neutral nature), despite Lucario's base stats. Special Lucario isn't always bad, but your justification for using it is short-sighted in this case.
So lucario moveset is:

Lucario @Life Orb
Ability: Justified
252 Atk/252 Speed/4 HP
Jolly Nature
Swords Dance
Close Combat
Meteor Mash
Extreme Speed
