It does quite well, but I always struggle against Mega Lopunny. What should I change in my team to be able to handle it? Thank you in advance.

Ask me any questions about my team, if it will help you rate it better.
You struggle agains Loppuny because you don't have fighting coverage and have 3 pokemon weak against fighting. I reccomend swapping Porygon-Z for a different sweeper, say Z-celebrate Victini?
Swap out Toxic with Spikes on Ferrothorn, and Ice Beam with Spikes on Greninja.
I think Z-celebrate Victini is a good choice, I should try it. I didnt initially consider it because already have a Fire type sweeper in Charizard X. Ice Beam sounds good.

Don't run a Flare Blitz on your Mega Charizard X
Mega Charizard X can last for an insane amount of time if used properly and if you're faced with a Chansey with Eviolite or a Blissey, your Charizard is just gonna sadly kill itself.
You can run Fire Punch instead for that STAB boost.
You obviously know how use Greninja well, except that Hydro Pump isn't reliable at all. Surf would be a better option. Don't run a spikes on your Greninja as well. Only use spikes if Greninja has the Protean ability.
Other than that your team is quite good but if you want, you can use Porygon-2 instead of Porygon-Z.
Porygon-2 has better bulk than Porygon-Z and it can also hold Eviolite and can learn recover, making it very hard to eliminate.
To be honest, Conversion is pretty useless on Porygon-Z. You can use Psychic or even you want to irritate people, you can use Hyper Beam with the ability Adaptibility, making Hyper Beam a 300 base power move. You can use that against Mega Lopunny. Psychic would also be good to eliminate Mega Lopunny.
And if you're gonna use Porygon-2, max out the special defence and defences.

Hope this helps

Sorry, but maybe you're not familiar with the format. Mega Charizard is not known for its longevity, but its wallbreaking capabilities. Flare Blitz helps it reach the power levels it needs to punch big holes. Like OHKOing Landorus-T after Dragon Dance and Intimidate. I have Dragon Claw anyway, why would I use the less powerful Fire Punch on a neutral target like Chansey?
Conversion is the whole point of the set. Z-Conversion makes it an Electric type, and gives it +1 on all stats. Mega Lopunny is faster than Porygon-Z, so Porygon-Z won't get an opportunity to use Psychic.
