Alrighties! It seems like you've made some improvements, and I'm here to help you once more.
Firstly, it's great how you are considering how to counter Kartana. Firstly, I'm not too sure what you mean by overwriting the grassy terrain with psychic terrain - Kartana doesn't have grassy terrain?
Additionally, if you want to counter Kartana, here is one:
0- SpA Dragapult Flamethrower vs. 116 HP / 176 SpD Kartana: 176-208 (118.1 - 139.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Or you could run fire punch with T-Tar too instead of brick break...
Additionally, a small nice gimmick you could do is to use Infilitrator Dragapult, which ignores the screens of opponents to deal damage to opposing pokemon. That said however, you do become prone to Incineroar and its attack drop. However, your Dragapult's role doesn't seem to be too much of an offensive powerhouse. Rather, it's there to set up the gimmick for Coalossal, counter Kartana and simply be annoying with Phantom Force/Dragon Darts. It's completely up to your decision - if you think too many screens are going up, go for Infiltrator.
Also, another note on Dragapult, because you want to do as little as possible to Coalossal, you could try 0IVs in sp.atk and a Jolly nature. In the calculation above, it still OHKOs Kartana with a single Flamethrower...
Tyranitar:
I'll give a little brief introduction to teambuilding and EV spreads before I mention T-tar. Technically speaking, you want to invest speed EVs to outspeed something. For example, I might put 92 EVs in speed to outspeed a 252 EV Rhyperior (Don't actually do this, but I"m just giving you a really bad example). Furthermore, when you're considering bulk, you're thinking of the largest threat to T-tar and you want to somehow avoid being OHKOd by other mons. For example,
252+ SpA Life Orb Tapu Koko Max Starfall vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Tyranitar in Sand: 174-205 (99.4 - 117.1%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO
Life orb Modest Tapu Koko can K.O Tyranitar even in the sand with Max Starfall (Dazzling gleam). Essentially, you want to avoid this. Then, you might say, I'll invest 156 in HP and 44 in sp.def to make sure I don't get KOd as often:
252+ SpA Life Orb Tapu Koko Max Starfall vs. 156 HP / 44 SpD Tyranitar in Sand: 164-195 (84.1 - 100%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO
That's just one of the many possibilities you could do, but that's the general idea. You want to find a set that will allow you to tank numerous hits from numerous other mons. However, DON'T do this with extremely frail mons such as Dragapult who are meant to be taken down in one hit, as that is simply a waste of investment.
Thus, I'm not too sure what you are trying to achieve with 150 speed and 100 sp.def. Also, Foul Play uses the opponent's base attack, rather than your own. Make sure to keep that in mind too.
Goodra seems to be improved with Hydration! Great decision and I'm glad you learnt that lesson. Same as before, you'll just need to consider its investments. Max defense seems pretty solid, but why use 252 defense, when you can use less so you can invest in special attack? I'd say calculate how much it would take for Goodra to be 2HKO from the Tapus, then avoid an OHKO from Dragapults. Also, you can keep sap sipper, it's just that you normally use Sap sipper if one of the pokemon on your team is EXTREMELY frail against grass attacks, where then you can switch in Goodra safely and pretty much render the opponent's turn useless. Because it doesn't seem like you'll use rain, hydration may be questionable. However, the decision is still up to you, as both of Goodra's abilities aren't that suitable for it.
I would seriously recommend you run a special Coalossal. Not only can't it be lowered in its offensive output, but it has access to better moves too. I suggest something like:
Coalossal-Gmax @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Steam Engine
EVs: 224 HP / 8 Def / 244 SpA / 4 SpD / 28 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Heat Wave
- Meteor Beam
- Earth Power
- Solar Beam
28 in speed outspeed Dragapult after +6 and the rest just goes in sp.Atk and HP, although I tend to do 244 because then you can apply another stat in another place...
As you can see, heat wave is typically preferred over flare blitz due to its overall base power of 180 and no recoil. I seriously recommend you to dynamax this thing, as using GMAX Volcalith will be an absolute PAIN for the opposing team. Solar Beam is for Max Overgrowth when dynamaxed and can easily pick up KOs, and Earth Power... You could probably change that if you want, but it was the only other valuable special move I saw on Coalossal.
Lastly, I recommend an Indeedee more like:
Indeedee-F (F) @ Terrain Extender
Ability: Psychic Surge
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Expanding Force
- Follow Me
- Protect
- Helping Hand
I'm not too keen on terrain extender, but because you already need focus sash on Dragapult - fine. Though I do recommend using something else, as Indeedee won't prove too valuable on this team. The sets are self-explanatory, as fake out won't be working in psychic terrain and it's not really an offensive mon either. Also remember that you can invest 252 EV into 2 categories, with an additional 4 into a remaining slot too. You can mess around with the EVs if you want too.
Hope I helped.
PS: Don't need to worry about expanding force with Tyranitar, as dark types are immune to psychic!
