Why Life Orb on Roserade when 3/4 moves are non-damaging? Give it Focus Sash. And why Attract? Why wouldn't your opponent switch? Also, if they choose to stay on, a attracted Pokemon doesn't always not attack. Synthesis isn't preferred; a suicide lead doesn't need to heal up the damage. Give it Sleep Powder, Leaf Storm, and Spikes instead of Synthesis, Energy Ball and Attract respectively. You are missing 4 EVs on Roserade, they can sometimes make a real difference.
Snorlax seems fine, though I would go with Earthquake instead of Crunch since it hits more variety of Pokemon compared to only ghost-types. Go for Adamant, if running Brave then why 31 Spe IVs? Also, the Sp.Atk IVs don't matter a lot, so whether you give 0 or 31 IV it won't make a difference.
Gardevoir has Thunderbolt for water-types, umm? What do the HP EVs do on Gardevoir? If they make it take a 2 or 3 hit from something, for that if it is given, then reply to me. Plus, I won't go for Bright Powder, a situational item, since it makes moves 0.9x accuracy which is not too good.
Infernape has Brick Break? Is it for Reflect/Light Screen? Else I would go for Close Combat. The rest of the set is fine.
Gyarados has Leftovers, so give it Substitute instead of Stone Edge. The rest of the set is fine.
Gliscor has Fire Fang, most likely for Ice-types, though Stone Edge is much better. And why Hidden power Grass? A STAB-ed Earthquake has 150 BP, more than that of a Super Effective HP [Grass], 120 only. Also Gliscor's Attack is 90, compared to its special attack of 45. I would go for Stealth Rock/Swords Dance. Stealth Rock for Levitate/Flying Pokemon immune to spikes while SD for sweeping.

This one's good. But run Focus Sash on Roserade, and give it Leaf Storm. Apart from that, all is good!
