Why do you have 3 Dragon Types, 3 electric types, and 3 water types? Triple electric is super hard to justify in a Landorus Format, especially when you're not using the "good" ones like Tapu Koko and Regieleki, which you can justify together because of the  stupid power of Regieleki Rising Voltage in terrain. Triple Dragon is not so great either because of the Tapus. Dracovish is also hard to use without Sand rush or priority tailwind because dragapult still outspeeds choice scarf variants. Politoed is a much better supportive rain Pokemon than Pelipper as well.
Why a mixed set on Kingdra? Use Ice Beam over Liquidation, and Hurricane over Dragon Dance. Also make it Modest/Timid nature and 4 def / 252 sp atk/252 spe, and maybe choice specs.

Good question. For the Tapu Koko and Regieleki, I don't think that those are gonna last very long in the current VGC, since someone is bound to complain about how OP it is, and they'll be banned from competitive format. I have no real counter to Landorus with this team other than swift swim tailwind Kingdra, which should one shot it with a few dragon dances empowering a liquidation. I could also swap out draagon pulse for ice beam for more coverage, which now that I think about it is a better idea. I am using Pelipper instead over Politoed because of Tailwind set up without needing multiple pokemon. Dragapult is a problem, thanks for telling me about that one, but that is why Kingdra is there for superior speed in rain. The Tapus are an issue which, without changing my team completely, I have no way to deal with, so I'm going to have to hope no one has one when I vs them. Nvm, just realised I could switch out Dracovish for Duraludon, which should help with the Tapus. Any other holes you can see?

In VGC, Pokemon aren't just up and banned like in Smogon formats. In fact, it's only happened once where individual Pokemon are banned. In addition, the ruleset has been decided for the next 3 months so they wouldn't be banned until February, if at all. Kingdra + rain setter is a good core, but Politoed is much better than Pelipper. It's bulkier with a better typing, and has great support moves.  You don't need tailwind because of Swift Swim. With Helping Hand Politoed and Life orb on Kingdra, Your matchup against Landorus and Dragapult is much better. You don't want ice beam since Max Hailstorm will overwrite the rain. Physical Kingdra is hard to pull off because of intimidate, special + life orb is much more useful because of access to hurricane. The problem with Duraludon is, It's got terrible special defense and it doesn't even hit Fini or Koko, the two most popular, for super effective.

There are a lot of interesting things you can do with rain, like Dragapult or a scarved U-turn pokemon U-turning into a Ludicolo to activate a weakness policy and bring in the rain setter in one fell swoop.  Zapdos likes rain teams as well, with STAB Thunder and Hurricane. Stally Pokemon like Celesteela and Ferrothorn benefit from rain too, because it protects them from fire types. You'll want to have a gameplan for other weathers, namely sand and sun (Trick/Eject Button Sableye is cool- You have prankster rain dance to practically gauruntee weather control and can pivot out with the eject button into another sweeper), but I think your team could be a really strong rain team with just a few tweaks.
