On these types of teams, you'll usually want the weakness policy on Moltres because you have no good way to proc it on Metagross, but you can volt switch into Moltres with Regieleki. Metagross and Glastrier have like the same coverage, I'd swap Metagross for a trick room setter like dusclops. Iron ball is funny, you underspeed Stakataka so make sure you lead your taunter with it to stop indeedee from follow me-ing away the close combat into Stak next turn.
