A lot of Pokemon on this team simply are not viable in OU. Use the resources linked here to learn how to play OU: https://www.smogon.com/dex/ss/formats/ou/
Build teams to have synergy and work toward a particular goal or win condition. Research what sets work on each Pokemon. This team comes across as something you threw together based upon some favourite Pokemon.
Prepare for a long comment.

You underutilize EVs in every single Pokemon except Lucario. The EVs aren't very good, but more on that later.

Grimmsnarl: Pickpocket over Frisk or Prankster? Why? There's absolutely no point. You should be investing at least something in Special Attack.

Bisharp: A mostly special set? Oh boy that's awful. Use moves that Bisharp can actually use well, like Sucker Punch, Throat Chop, Poison Jab, Iron Head, Brick Break, etc. Air Balloon doesn't serve much purpose, Life Orb is better.

Weavile: Blizzard is garbage on this thing, use something good like Ice Shard or Icicle Crash. Aerial Ace is pretty iffy, but ok. And that EV spread... yeesh. Weavile should have investment in Speed, not HP, a bit of extra health does not improve on its fragility. Don't invest in Special Attack, swap to a completely physical set and invest in Attack.

Drapion: No STAB? Why? The EV spread is not good, you're wasting EVs by putting them in Special Attack when you have no special moves. Invest in Speed instead, and get some STAB.

Lucario: Why no investment in Attack? It's kind of necessary if you want Lucario to actually be somewhat useful.

Vanilluxe: Icicle Crash is not better than Blizzard. Don't use Hail, use Snow Warning for extra power. It's usually not better to invest in Defense than HP.

Where are your Natures? And your team as a whole has way too much type overlap. You have FOUR Dark types, two Ice types, and two Steel types.

TL;DR this is not a good team, learn more about competitive.

Okay this team needs some serious improvement.
First of all, some of your Pokemon don't have full EVs. They don't even have natures. Plus, 4 Pokemon in this team are Dark types. Most have very questionable movesets.

Grimmsnarl: Grimmsnarl is mostly used as a Prankster lead. Sample set:
Grimmsnarl @ Light Clay
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Taunt
- Spirit Break / Thunder Wave
This set takes use of Grimmsnarl's Prankster ability, meaning it can set up Dual Screens as a lead. Since you have Vanilluxe (which can use Aurora Veil) this set doesn't work too well. Consider replacing either Grimmsnarl or Vanilluxe.

Bisharp: Why Air Balloon? Life Orb is better. And the set is, unfortunately, pretty trash. Bisharp is a physical attacker so this set makes absolutely no sense. Try this set:
Bisharp @ Life Orb
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Knock Off
- Iron Head
- Swords Dance
This takes use of Bisharp's amazing 125 base Attack and boosting it even more with Swords Dance, as well as hitting hard with Iron Head, a strong Steel-type STAB. Knock Off is to annoy item-dependent Pokemon while Sucker Punch is strong Dark-type STAB that is also Priority.

Weavile: Again, it's a physical attacker. Also the third Dark type. Sample set:
Weavile @ Choice Band
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Triple Axel
- Knock Off
- Ice Shard
- Low Kick
Pressure is better than Pickpocket since it can cut PP. Triple Axel, Ice Shard, and Knock Off are STAB. Low Kick is coverage. Choice Band to make Weavile's 120 base Attack even higher.

Drapion: Yet another Dark type. Might want to consider Scope Lens instead of Air Balloon (works well with Sniper). Your set is okay... except for the fact that there are no STAB moves at all. Replace Earthquake and Aqua Tail with Night Slash and Poison Jab (Night Slash + Scope Lens + Sniper (high Critical Hit ratio + Sniper), Poison Jab is strong physical Poison STAB). Consider replacing Toxic with something like Swords Dance to help its mediocre Attack. EVs should be something like 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

Lucario: Why Rocky Helmet? Life Orb is usually what's run.
Lucario @ Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Meteor Mash
- Extreme Speed
- Ice Punch / Swords Dance / Earthquake
Close Combat and Meteor Mash are its strongest STAB moves, Extreme Speed for priority, and the last move is up to you (Earthquake to counter Fire, Ice Punch to counter Ground, Swords Dance for more boosting of its base 110 Attack stat)

Vanilluxe: Ice Body + Hail + Light Screen is way worse than just Snow Warning + Aurora Veil. Try this:
Vanilluxe @ Light Clay
Ability: Snow Warning
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Aurora Veil
- Blizzard
- Ice Shard / Freeze Dry
- Taunt / Hidden Power [Fire]
Aurora Veil is much better than Light Screen + Reflect under Hail, which Snow Warning sets up. Blizzard is the strongest STAB move, while Freeze Dry can be used to counter water. Ice shard for priority or Explosion if you're running a suicide screen set, while Hidden Power [Fire] is for Coverage (Steel-types, other Ice-types) and Taunt is to kill other screen-setters / stallers. Like I said, replace this or Grimmsnarl.

Overall, this team needs a lot of replacement, but in case you don't want to replace anything, here are the updated sets. Sets from Smogon and my personal experience. Hope I helped!
