Do Pixilate on Sylveon, and change Moonblast for Hyper Voice. You could do Wish passer with bulk instead of sp. atk, or you could keep the rest of the set you have now. Knock Off instead of Night Slash on Bisharp, and Sucker Punch instead of Shadow Claw.
