Replace Feraligatr, Arcanine, and Decidueye with Tentacruel for better speed and typing, Infernape for better speed and more moves, and Chandelure for better stats. Replace Pidgeot's quick attack with roost for healing and give it 4 HP/252 SpA/252 Spe timid to decrease its useless physical attack instead of its possibly useful physical defense. Replace Gliscor's protect with roost to heal faster. Give Magneton choice specs to power up its attacks, magnet pull to trap steel Pokemon, and 252 SpA/4 SpD/252 Spe timid to be able to one-shot stuff and avoid being hit. Replace thunder and signal beam with thunderbolt for more accuracy and fire hidden power to more reliably kill steel Pokemon.

Try using a mega aggron instead of a magneton.
252 defense
126 hp
126 attack
Impish nature
Heavy slam
Headsmash/rock slide
Ice punch
Rock polish
This is my main set, and it works like a charm
Besides that, pretty good team

First, it would be a very bad idea to have two mega stones on one team, so you should suggest a good replacement for Pidgeot. Second, he probably needs the Pidgeot or Magneton for something.
And what's wrong with 2 megas?
You are aware that you are only able to Mega evolve one Pokemon per battle, right? It means that in every single battle, one Pokemon will have a useless item since the other Mega will spend the Mega slot. I've never come across a successful team that runs two Mega stones.
Well you haven't battled me apparently.
It's better to have two depending on the situation
Including
Opposing Pokémon
Stallers
You get the picture.
Although we don't agree on good battle techniques, you must understand that more than you idea can work.
Because I can't beat "opposing Pokemon" and "stallers" with non-Mega Pokemon? I don't see how this defeats my point. Plenty of other reasons not to run two stones as well. What happens if you choose to Mega evolve Aggron over Pidgeot? Pidgeot becomes entirely useless in that case, because its moveset was made for its Mega form which has a completely different stat distribution. There are very few situations where the Mega set will be perfectly transferable to the non-Mega form. There's almost always a way to make more efficient use of the item slot.
Agree to disagree I guess, but again the only people I see running two or more Mega stones are on the lower ladder and don't get very far with their teams.
