So, the team, as the main question / title suggests, is a Pheromosa + Glastrier core team. Let's get straight into it:

Pheromosa @ Focus Sash
Ability: Beast Boost
Level: 50
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Speed Swap
- Coaching
- Close Combat
- Protect

The star of the team aka my favorite bug Pokémon. She provides speed control, damage buffs with Coaching and huge damage with Close Combat. She overall fits well with the team composition, beeing able to spread her buffs almost everywhere

Glastrier @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Chilling Neigh
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- High Horsepower
- Close Combat
- Icicle Crash
- Protect

No Disney Princess is paired without a horse, so here is him. Glastrier can't be flinched because of dynamax, can't be statused because Fini (check below), recieves HUGE power with Coaching / Speed Swap and it can play with the opponent's Trick Room. It´s honestly one of the best Pokémon in the meta in my opinion plus it looks very beautiful

Tapu Fini @ Wiki Berry
Ability: Misty Surge
Level: 50
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 188 HP / 252 SpA / 68 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Muddy Water
- Moonblast
- Protect

Basically Disney's Moana. Tapu Fini's role here is pretty straight foward: Status control. Fini helps Glastrier shutting down so many things, like Venusaur + Torkoal, Amoonguss and it can check other pokémon that threats Glastrier, such as Urshifu-S and Incineroar

Incineroar @ Mago Berry
Ability: Intimidate
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 116 Atk / 140 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Fake Out
- Taunt
- Parting Shot
- Flare Blitz

Talking about the princesses you can´t forget the beast. Incineroar helps so much against Tailwind wich is the only main type of speed control my team suffers from. Also Flare Blitz inputs massive damage against pokémon like Kartana and Celesteela

Urshifu (F) @ Choice Band
Ability: Unseen Fist
Level: 50
Gigantamax: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Wicked Blow
- Sucker Punch
- Close Combat
- Poison Jab

Urshifu is too good to be true. Checks Metagross, Nihilego and other threats easily, can benefit from Pheromosa's buffs, can Gigantamax and take some hits, the bear is amazing and it fits so well into the team beeing another heavy-hitter

Tsareena (F) @ Wide Lens
Ability: Queenly Majesty
Level: 50
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- High Jump Kick
- Power Whip
- Helping Hand
- Protect

Last pick, weird pick. I thought of Kartana first, but I preferred Cherry Lady. Tsareena has been falling off the meta, but it´s still very strong (and hot). Her unique ability helps Tapu Fini setting up Calm Mind, helps Urshifu going for those Wicked Blows, and it´s another Pokémon that can benefit from Pheromosa (also it gets Helping Hand). Very underrated pick in my opinion

Last Considerations:

"Put a Trick Room setter!"
I honestly don´t think trick room is good here. Or I could run something like Dusclops that only benefits Glastrier, or Trick Room + Imprision which would be only 1 more move for the team for coverage (counting Protect). I can kill the Trick Room setter, I can prevent beeing Faked Out, Glastrier can play with the flow of the opponent´s trick room with coaching buffs

Is glastrier supposed to speed swap with Pheromosa?
I just tested out the team on showdown and here is what I have to say:
Games can quickly snowball if you can speed swap onto Glastrier and pick up a KO on turn 1.
Tsareena was barely used (sorry) so you might want to consider using another mon such as Rillaboom for additional fake out pressure + Taunt/Fini counter.
Glastrier + Pheremosa itself won most of the games.
Tailwind teams were an issue.
Trick Room + Fake Out lead with Torkoal in the back was an issue.
Just wanted to point those out. The team seems very interesting and I feel like speed swap Glastrier is slightly being slept on.
Pheromosa is extremely frail; it is almost always 2HKOd after Sash and I don't think it can do much other than Speed Swap. Fake Out is also a problem. If using Glastrier, Trick Room is always an option, and in my opinion Pheromosa just doesn't seem bulky enough to live anything and set up.
You should replace tsareena with a trick room setter
Since you're leading Glastrier so often and you don't have a good way to activate its weakness policy, I'd suggest using white herb to help against intimidate, especially from Incineroar. Incineroar's basically an auto-lead against this team so being able to OHKO it (you can't with the attack drop) makes it easier to protect from fake out + max quake turn one.

Like other comments have said, Pheremosa is just bad Rillaboom. Either use rillaboom instead, or, since your team is pretty one-dimensional, you could try something like dragapult for another option to dynamax and use coaching on. (Really, most physical attackers will work here but Dragapult is nice because of Clear body. Metagross could be good too.)

Also, Landorus-T is good here in theory, since its max moves raise its speed and sp def, and coaching raises attack and defense, making Landorus very stacked stat-wise.
