I'm gonna be honest, Zapdos just walls both your Kartana and galarian Zapdos all day long and your team is so vulnerable to dark Urshifu with literally no way to deal with it. Yes galarian Zapdos resists its stabs but it has no recovery and takes a huge chunk from both Shifu's stabs. I'd recommend just dropping galarian Zapdos, Alakazam and Aegislash. Aside from the Urshifu threat, there is a certain horse that feasts on your team

First off, if you wanna use a scarf Kartana, you need to have a plan for getting past regular Zapdos otherwise it will just sit in your face all day. It's not even bothered that much by knock off as it has been dealing with stealth rocks for nearly half of its life. To this, I'd say use the classic Garchomp as it is the most reliable bird killer, except for Corvinight as that thing doesn't die to chomp. It also provides you with the all important stealth rock in one slot

Garchomp @ Life Orb
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stone Edge
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance

Alternatively, you can use the old tankchomp set as it still provides stealth rock, cripples Zapdos with toxic and chips Urshifu while still providing rocks. However, unless your facing Urshifu, tank chomp is pretty much useless against everything else so I recommend just remaining a bird killer

Second is replace Chansey with Blissey. Yes Chansey is bulkier but there is an absolute ton of knock off flying around and a knock off from an unexpected pokemon will make you contemplate life choices. Since I suggested Garchomp, this frees up Blissey to use shadow ball, making it a solid counter to that menace known as Spectrier

Blissey @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
- Teleport
- Shadow Ball
- Seismic Toss
- Soft Boiled

At this point, Urshifu is still a problem. Yes it might get banned a couple weeks from now but it's still around so you have to be ready. If you want to have a proper defense against Urshifu, you're gonna need Buzzwole, its one true counter. Using it also has some other benefits such as walling and killing opposing swords dance Garchomp, most Kartana variants and Rillaboom

Buzzwole @ Leftovers
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Impish Nature
- Roost
- Ice Punch
- Leech Life
- Substitute / Drain Punch

Now, the reason why I put leech life is simple, Slowbro. You do not want to give that thing free future sights. Buzzwole tends to invite in Slowbro so be nasty, eat its life and make it think twice about coming in. Also, the ev spread can be whatever you want as as long as you have max hp, you are gonna be walling Urshifu no matter what. I just prefer that spread since I really hate Slowbro. Alternatively, you can use toxic in the last slot with max defense as to cripple Slowbro but that's preference. You can also be never too safe against Urshifu as its sucker punch hurts a lot and it takes a huge chunk out of Kartana and you do not want your sweeper's sweep to be cut short because of priority

For the last slot, it can really be anything you want as Garchomp handles your bird problems, Buzzwole and Blissey deals with the two biggest menaces in the tier and Regieleki has utility. The only thing missing is another wallbreaker and I'd recommend Nidoking as it gets rid of the incredibly annoying toxic spikes from Toxapex and just kills fairy types. Also, the only thing that is ever switching in to this thing is Blissey

Nidoking @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Earth Power
- Sludge Wave
- Ice Beam / Substitute
- Substitute / Thunderbolt

The last move pretty much depends on what you want. You definitely want sludge wave because fairies are annoying and you want earth power to hit Toxapex and Magearna and Heatran. The last two depends on what you wanna get walled. Ferrothorn is not gonna win in a prolonged battle so you can slowly chip it down. Substitute is usually a good idea because it eases prediction a lot. Now, the last move depends on whether you wanna use your Nidoking to deal with Landorus or not. Ice beam is usually the safer option but thunderbolt is another option to get rid of Slowbro and Corvinight. Or you can skip sub entirely if you're prediction is on point

Shadow Ball on Blissey? Chansey and Blissey were never used as an attacking threat except for Gen 1 before the SpA-SpD split. Roost on Buzzwole is questionable, a Fighting STAB move such as Close Combat would be nice.
Do you even understand how the gen eight ou meta works right now? And do you even play gen eight ou at all or are you just questioning a suggestion without even understanding how it works?
Blissey has 75 Sp.Atk which is at least decent for removing Spectrier's substitute, it isn't bad tbh
