Flapple, Diggersby, and Scolipede aren't viable. Can you explain what the EV's on Heatran are for? Replace Torment with Toxic on Heatran.
Dragonite is a much better Dragon Dance sweeper than Flapple, Landorus is a better Ground type pivot then Diggersby (Lando also gets Stealth Rock). If you really want a Pokemon with Speed Boost, use Blaziken instead of Scolipede. Otherwise, use a different Swords Dance sweeper like Weavile or Garchomp.
For Toxapex, use an item like Black Sludge or Rocky Helmet instead of the near useless Focus Sash. Don't use Baneful Bunker and Protect, use Haze and Scald or Knock Off.
Timid is generally better than Modest on Tapu Koko, and Thunderbolt is more useful than Discharge.
