What format in gen 7?
OU Singles
None of these Pokemon are viable in Gen 7 OU. I'd start my team over from scratch if I were you.
@SSuperiority Mamoswine and Rotom-H are viable, Gallade and Roserade are somewhat viable, and the rest can be worked with. Like I mentioned in my answer, I noticed a lot of these were gen 4, he probably wants to run them due to nostalgia. I think this team could be better with more viable pokemon, but I also think it can be worked with as it is now.
Original person is probably better off using better options in OU, of which there are many. These Pokemon are fairly hard to use because of their crippling flaws, such as Rotom-H being a Stealth Rock weak pivot and Mamoswine having a bad defensive typing and below-average Speed for an offensive Pokemon.

I haven't played gen 7 for a bit, so forgive me if I'm rusty on this, but I'll do my best.

Roserade - With any hazard setter, as long as its speed is even decent, especially if it's meant as a lead and/or carries sash, I would 100% recommend investing in speed before bulk. So, Timid Nature 252 Spe/252 SpA/4 SpD. Roserade has 90 base speed and also is running Focus Sash, so I think it's definitely worth it. Yes, Rapid Spin didn't boost speed and there was also no Heavy-Duty Boots, so hazards were way better, but even considering this, I think Toxic Spikes and Spikes is totally overkill. I would say drop one for Sludge Bomb. Five layers of hazards is just not necessary.

Gallade-Mega - I would go Jolly instead of Adamant, since you already have 165 base Attack and Swords Dance, and 110 Base Speed. Shadow Sneak goes better with Adamant, but I doubt you'll be using it much anyways.

Staraptor - You will be taking a lot of recoil damage with this set already, but even so I would say replace Sharp Beak for Life Orb since you want to be taking OHKOs more than being concerned about your health. Roost also seems like a waste of a move slot, so maybe replace it with Defog, since you don't have a hazard clearer on your team. Just be careful; Staraptor can't switch into much.

Empoleon - Empoleon isn't very good, but if you want to use it, probably use Assault Vest instead of Chople Berry. Other than that, it looks fine. Yes, Mamoswine already has AV, but there's no dupe item clause in OU.

Mamoswine - I would normally recommend Stealth Rocks over Stone Edge and Sash over AV, but you already have that in Roserade. Running Stone Edge just seems like a waste when Icicle Crash and Ice Shard both cover pretty much the same types and are STAB and have better accuracy. With AV I don't really see anything else better, though. I guess just keep it.

Rotom-H - Will-O-Wisp is only 5% less accurate than T-Wave and cripples physical sweepers much better, and also still works with Hex, so I would definitely at least consider swapping out Thunder Wave with it.

-It seems like you ran a lot of not usually seen gen 4 pokemon. Are you excited for the remake? I know I am. Sorry, off-topic. That's all. I hope I helped.

Yeah, I don't use Shadow Sneak that much, would replacing it with Night Slash or Leaf Blade be better?
I could get rid of Stone Edge, but I don't know what other moves to give it, was about to give it Superpower but it lowers my attack, the only other thing I could think of that's useful is knock off.
As for Empoleon, this team was intended for UU but Staraptor and Gallade were borderline, so I couldn't play there.
Knock Off would be better than Stone Edge actually. Shadow Sneak and Night Slash cover pretty much the same types also, I would keep Shadow Sneak for priority unless you find yourself outspeeding a lot anyways, but I really think Shadow Sneak is good for surprising let's say, a Gengar. Or an Alakazam.

Your team needs a complete makeover.

Roserade: If you want a defensive grass type, go Ferrothorn or Tangrowth. If you want an offensive one, Serperior is by far the best option. Roserade is too slow and too frail.

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers / Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 60 Def / 196 SpD
Sassy Nature

  • Gyro Ball
  • Spikes
  • Stealth Rock / Leech Seed
  • Protect / Power Whip

Tangrowth @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Relaxed Nature

  • Sleep Powder
  • Knock Off
  • Giga Drain
  • Hidden Power [Ice] / Sludge Bomb

Tangrowth @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 8 Def / 248 SpD
Sassy Nature

  • Giga Drain
  • Knock Off
  • Sludge Bomb
  • Hidden Power [Ice] / Earthquake

Serperior @ Leftovers
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature

  • Leaf Storm
  • Hidden Power [Fire]
  • Substitute
  • Leech Seed / Glare

Gallade: It isn't actually bad in OU. You can use other Fighting types like Mega Medicham, and Special Psychics like Mega Alakazam and Tapu Lele, but it is still a pretty decent Pokemon. I'd suggest adjusting your set, however.

Gallade-Mega @ Galladite
Ability: Justified --> Inner Focus
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature

  • Close Combat
  • Zen Headbutt
  • Knock Off
  • Swords Dance / Ice Punch

Staraptor: There are so many better Flying types in OU, which have better defensive or offensive use.

Landorus-Therian @ Flyinium Z
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature

  • Earthquake
  • Fly
  • Swords Dance
  • Stealth Rock

Tornadus-Therian @ Fightinium Z
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature

  • Hurricane
  • Knock Off
  • Defog
  • Focus Blast

Empoleon: There are better Water and Steel types with more Speed or offensive power. Empoleon is too slow and weak.

Magearna @ Assault Vest
Ability: Soul-Heart
EVs: 248 HP / 24 Def / 200 SpD / 36 Spe
Calm Nature

  • Fleur Cannon
  • Volt Switch
  • Ice Beam
  • Hidden Power [Fire]

Magearna @ Choice Specs
Ability: Soul-Heart
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid / Modest Nature

  • Fleur Cannon
  • Volt Switch
  • Ice Beam
  • Focus Blast / Aura Sphere

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature

  • Magma Storm
  • Taunt
  • Stealth Rock
  • Earth Power

Greninja @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty / Naive Nature

  • Ice Beam
  • Gunk Shot
  • Hidden Power [Fire]
  • Hydro Pump

Greninja-Ash @ Choice Specs
Ability: Battle Bond
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature

  • Hydro Pump
  • Dark Pulse
  • Ice Beam
  • Spikes / Grass Knot

Or use Ferrothorn

Mamoswine: Bad defensive typing, too slow. I've said this before and I'll say this again, there are better options

You can use the Landorus-Therian set I provided above

Garchomp @ Life Orb
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature

  • Outrage / Dragon Claw
  • Earthquake
  • Fire Fang
  • Swords Dance / Stealth Rock

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 244 HP / 8 Atk / 12 SpD / 244 Spe
Jolly Nature

  • Earthquake
  • Facade
  • Swords Dance
  • Stealth Rock / Protect / Roost / Substitute / Toxic

Weavile @ Choice Band
Ability: Pickpocket
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature

  • Icicle Crash
  • Knock Off
  • Ice Shard
  • Pursuit

Rotom-Heat: You generally don't want your pivot to be weak to Stealth Rock. Rotom-Wash can deal with Ground types trying to block Volt Switch, and is not weak to Stealth Rock

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 150 Def / 50 SpD / 56 Spe
Bold / Timid Nature

  • Hydro Pump
  • Volt Switch
  • Will-O-Wisp
  • Defog / Pain Split

This team was intended for UU, but Staraptor and Gallade were UUBL
If your team is for UU, you can use Latias over Gallade and Scizor/Mega Altaria/Hydreigon over Staraptor.
