If you want to run Leftovers Blissey, just run Eviolite Chansey instead. If you want a wall that doesn't have the same tanking ability but will stick around longer in the hazard infested meta, use Heavy-Duty Boots on Blissey. Mimic seems like a strange choice.
- You're not carrying Spikes or Stealth Rock on Skarmory. Without it, it is wholly outclassed by Corviknight. Also Body Press isn't affected by Attack so you should probably remove those unnecessary EVs. Replace Body Press with Roost, Taunt with Spikes.
- Poison Jab and Brick Break are unnecessary on Weavile when Knock Off and Ice Shard exist. I'd suggest replacing Icicle Crash with Triple Axel but if you keep it thats fine. Id also suggest Low Kick for getting rid of Melmetal, Heatran, and Tyranitar, replace Swords Dance with that. If you decide to use 4 attacks, Choice Band is the way to go.
- The EVs on your Landorus-Therian should be more defensive rather than offensive, considering the set you're using. I'd go with 252 HP / 144 Def / 112 Special Defense or Speed.
- Instead of using 2 pivoting moves at once (and wasting 4 Attack EVs and using a detrimental nature on a move which you aren't even going to be spamming anyway), I'd suggest you use Dazzling Gleam and Thunderbolt. You can keep Taunt if you want to, or replace it with u-turn. Roost can go in the last slot.
- Moltres set looks pretty decent. However, Shadow ball doesn't cover anything Fiery Wrath does, other than Fighting types, which are already disposed off by Air Slash. You can swap Air Slash with Hurricane if you want to. Id recommend Heavy-Duty Boots over Leftovers. Since you're using 3 Flying types. I suggest you replace Moltres with a non-flying type.
