The idea of this team is to pivot around the opponent's team while weakening their pokemon with stealth rock damage. I normally use heatran as my lead, with taunt to stop other leads from setting up hazards and access to sr. From there, it's all about predicting the switches of the opponent and reacting accordingly. For example, tangrowth and scizor who share a weakness to fire can be switched into rotom-w or heatran, which resist or are immune to it. Clefable is an important asset to this team because it helps against status users who would otherwise leave my pokemon crippled with no way to heal them. It's also useful against setup sweepers.

Hello !
It's a really nice team and it's pretty good.

Scizor
I would use a bulkier set for Scizor, with SpDef EVs by your idea is to pivot with u-turn so to hit as hard as possible,so that can be good with max Atk.
Scizor
Rotom-W
I see that the most of your mons are physical,i would use SpDef EVs for Rotom instead of Defense ,he also has Will-o-Wisp and you have Lando in your team.
Rotom
Heatran
Your idea is really good but a lot of people uses Landorus-T,Mega Lopunny/Medicham or Rotom Wash as their lead.
I kinda know you wouldn't start always with the same lead, but that was just an observation.
Heatran

For the rest it is a pretty good team, the only problem i can see are Rain Teams and Kartana also counters you kinda good.

I hope i was helpful
