The idea of this team is to pivot around the opponent's team while weakening their pokemon with stealth rock damage. I normally use heatran as my lead, with taunt to stop other leads from setting up hazards and access to sr. From there, it's all about predicting the switches of the opponent and reacting accordingly. For example, tangrowth and scizor who share a weakness to fire can be switched into rotom-w or heatran, which resist or are immune to it. Clefable is an important asset to this team because it helps against status users who would otherwise leave my pokemon crippled with no way to heal them. It's also useful against setup sweepers.
