Recently I decided to try out an electric terrain team on my other account because of how monstrous Regieleki is under it. It's gotten pretty high on the ladder but I still definitely need some help.

Regieleki @ Choice Specs
Ability: Transistor
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Rising Voltage
- Swift

The star of this team, Regieleki. Volt Switch is nice for pivoting and is nice for revenge-killing. Thunderbolt hits levitating foes hard, whereas Rising Voltage has HUGE POWER under electric terrain. This thing can KO even resisted targets due to the power of Transistor + STAB + Electric Terrain + Rising Voltage boost. Swift manages to 3HKO Landorus-T, meaning it only has limited switchins if the play is right. Timid nature is chosen over Modest to outspeed common scarfers like Kartana and Blacephalon.

Tapu Koko @ Terrain Extender
Ability: Electric Surge
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Taunt
- Light Screen
- U-turn
- Reflect

Tapu Koko is my terrain setter with Terrain Extender. Taunt shuts down Chansey, Ferrothorn, and Defoggers trying to take my screens away. U-turn is chosen as the pivoting move as it hits Ground types. I am considering changing this to an attacking set maybe, with Roost for Recovery. However, I do think my team enjoys the screens. But holding Terrain Extender means no Light Clay, so any suggestions for something else? I'm currently considering something like Wild Charge + Roost + U-turn + Taunt / Play Rough.

Hawlucha @ Electric Seed
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Close Combat
- Acrobatics
- Stone Edge
- Swords Dance

Hawlucha is my secondary terrain sweeper; this thing completely sits on Scarf Lando's locked into either Knock Off or Earthquake. Swords Dance means it can boost on a switch or under screens and a +1 Defense from Electric Seed, and Close Combat + Acrobatics + Stone Edge is great coverage, only being resisted by Aegislash. Adamant Nature because basically the only thing outspeeding this after Unburden is other Jolly Hawlucha with Unburden, and Hawlucha doesn't hit very hard with Jolly.

Zoroark @ Ring Target
Ability: Illusion
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- U-turn
- Trick
- Knock Off
- Sucker Punch

Zoroark is a gimmicky pick in OU, however it can Trick Ring Targets to ground types on the switch, which means usually disguising as Regieleki. Knock Off helps support the team if there are no Ground types, whereas U-turn means it can pivot and sometimes pretend to be Tapu Koko if terrain is already up. Sucker Punch is for revenge killing and for dealing with some other priority users such as Aegislash.

Corviknight @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 168 Def / 88 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Body Press
- U-turn
- Defog
- Roost

A big problem with terrains is terrain fights. Rillaboom in partigular gives this team a big problem. Helmet Corviknight is chose on this team to deal with Rillaboom. Body Press hits opposing steel types hard, and a slow U-turn is great for pivoting. Roost and Defog are self-explanatory.

Nidoking (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Earth Power
- Ice Beam
- Flamethrower

I'm not really sure about this 'mon. It's not that fast, but it has great coverage in conjuction with rocks. I chose Nidoking because my team is fairly weak to opposing Regieleki. However, maybe there are better Ground types... The coverage is great for beating Corviknight and other common Defoggers with Ice Beam or Flamethrower, while Earth Power hits opposing Electrics hard. Stealth Rock is Stealth Rock.

So yeah, there's the team. A few problems I have:
- Double Ground / Sand Teams are a big threat as tricking a Ring Target doesn't do that much if they have a backup Ground.
- Future Sight destroys my team if Zoroark still has Ring Target.
- Tapu Lele can bring some problems to this team, as Specs Thunderbolt isn't guaranteed a KO.

Basically, I want some suggestions for the team in general and the above things I'm having conflicted thoughts about. Thanks in advance.

First thing i see
Zoro should be special, as i used a electric terrain team awhile ago, and leading chomp invited lando in, and even after tricking i could do damage with the intimidate drop.
2,
knock +trick on zoro makes counter synergy, as knock off will be the main move youll click after tricking, and you dont want your only damage option to be getting rid of the item.
3,
I dont see much of a reason for body press. 252 SpA Choice Specs Transistor Regieleki Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Kartana: 327-386 (126.2 - 149%) -- guaranteed OHKO
So kart isnt a problem. Heatran can be dealt with using a tank chomp quite easily, and ferro can also be beaten with tank chomp with fire blast.
4,
tank chomp/mixed chomp. Using it to bait lando as zoro pretends to be it can simply end the game at turn 1 with a ring target lando. Getting chomp to fire blast a ferrothorn allows Regieleki to clean up against the weakend ferro.
Something like:
Garchomp @ Leftovers
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 HP / 200 SpA / 56 Spe
Timid Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Toxic
- Fire Blast

Or

Garchomp @ Leftovers
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
- Stealth Rock

The reason lefties is on both is because heatran might be a problem after multiple magma storms. Also, noting your concerns considering defoggers. Having coverage vs corv Or mandi Or another deffoger isnt much needed. Lando can be dealt with with zoroark, and chomp can fire blast/draco/Toxic the deffoger,  meaning its hard for it to come in later. Regieleki can also ko a weakend zapdos, as its probabaly the only deffoger besides lando that can take an electric move. (Besides niche picks like thunderous therian or decidueye or something. The only other one is hydregon, which, again, can be weakend or crippled to be cleaned up later on).
5, rain problems.
No water resist vs rain can lead to major problems that may end in being destryed. While corviknight can take a liquidation (252+ Atk Choice Band Barraskewda Liquidation vs. 252 HP / 168+ Def Corviknight in Rain: 247-292 (61.7 - 73%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery(and yes ik theres lefties but it doesnt matter :P)). You also would needed a rillaboom resist and a defogger,  leaving very few mons left.  But, even if i were to ignore something like defog, we still have the lele problem. Sacking a mon every time lele comes out isnt a good plan.
Unfortunately, its hard to fit a mon that can defog and take lele on completely. So youll have to outplay.
252 SpA Choice Specs Transistor Regieleki Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Tapu Lele: 244-288 (86.8 - 102.4%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
Regieleki does this decently well, and as long as you get chip on lele its good. The problem than is forcing it in and out, which is hard to do. Lucha, koko, eleki, zoroark, and chomp are all needed, and that means we can use another pokemon. The best that can be done is likely to add defog hydregon,  aka bad hydregon.  It resists water, resists grass, ignores future sight, Against lele is quite shaky though, and at this point its clear that whatever mon you use isnt going to work 100% of the time. Hydregon loses to lele, corviknight falters against rain, and niether can help vs sand
You can chiose either one, and just try to outplay, and unfortunately thats my solution.
If you dont care much about your rating though, niche picks decidueye kinda take all those roles decently.
Decidueye @ Leftovers
Ability: Long Reach
EVs: 252 HP / 60 Atk / 192 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Leaf Blade
- Roost
- Defog
- Poltergeist
2hkos tyranitar without leftovers, and teams with ttar and hippo normally have smooth Rock ttar.
Poltergeist ohkos lele.
It also lives a cb knock from rillaboom, as well as gets 3hkos from skewda. Take it if you like
You could also have eleki spin so this slot doesnt needed defog/koko with defog
Ok sorry this got cluttered a lot by the end :P
6, slowbro and slowking dont like those electric types, making it hard for the to fire off future,  plus if you have corv it can take future sights
Overall my main suggestions:
Special no knock zoro
Consider using brave bird on corviknight, I dont see use for body press but use it if you like
Garchomp with fire blast and leftovers
Find something way to help with rain, lele, defog, rillaboom, and dealing with sand.
I can go more in depth on certain things if needed cause this is kinda cluttered. Ok hopefully this was helpful byebye
Thanks for the suggestions! I do want to state some things though:

I made Zoroark Physical because of the Knock Off Support, as well as U-turn. I originally tried Low Kick over Knock Off but I had some trouble with teams without Ground types and therefore Zoroark had a hard time fulfilling its role.

I did originally use Brave Bird on Corviknight but found that the recoil means I can't just use it as often. I'll try using Brave Bird with Lefties again to see if it works better in the higher ladder.

252 SpA Choice Specs Transistor Regieleki Rising Voltage (140 BP) vs. 252 HP / 80+ SpD Assault Vest Slowking-Galar in Electric Terrain: 289-342 (73.3 - 86.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Meaning Galarian Slowking can still be a decent check and forces Regieleki out if I don't want to take the Future Sight.

I'll replace Nidoking with Garchomp, thanks. I mainly used it because it was weak to ground and invited Lando or Chomp to stay in, but Garchomp seems much better.

For rain, I don't have that much trouble considering Eleki is good against most 'Mons and I can lure the ground type in only to be a Zoroark, but Skewda is still a problem. I still do think Corvi is better than Hydreigon as it also basically counters Kartana and can slow U-turn really nicely.
Whoops forgot slowking galar existed LOL
Also, helmet corv. Idk what it does to rillaboom, as the rillaboom user should be clicking knock most of the time, meaning corv just instatly lose its item and does a bit of chip that might be healed back gradually. Maybe  youve tried lefties before, bit at least on papar, lefties seems better because youll be taking attacks and May not have time to roost, meaning the small amount of regen is helpful. Besides, even if your leftovers do get knocked off, you can still deal with rillaboom
And im sure you already know this but magnezone matchups make everything harder, especially RillaZone teams
Yeah, I've faced Zone a few times before. Usually I'm able to predict the switch and U-turn into Nidoking / possible Garchomp. I'll test Lefties vs Helmet on Corvi again to see which one works better where I am in the ladder.
