Rock Z on Chomp so that it deals a hot chunk of damage to Dos and other things that don't take much damage from it's STAB or any other reason.

I agree with Chesta that the Lucario set seems pretty iffy. Focus Sash could be good, but 4 physical offensive moves all on the same mon is not optimal. You could make it a Counter + Sash set by replacing Ice Punch with Counter. Lucario is a good Counter user because it has pretty high physical attack and speed (and +2 priority with Extreme Speed). Ice Punch is good for coverage but Meteor Mash is probably better for STAB. (The attack boost won’t be relevant often on a Counter set, though, if you do choose to go with that). Rockium Z is fine for coverage on Garchomp, you don’t have to change that. If you want to, probably go with Rocky Helmet but I honestly think Rockium Z is better.

Umm OP doesn't have hazard control so let's say bai to Sash if the oppo sets any hazards.

Yeah the Zeroara can probably go for a fogger/spinner. I guess Garchomp could be replaced by Excradrill but that kind of feels like a waste.

Lucario seems improper to me, Corv / any other Defogger may replace it.

Hmm I think Rocky Helmet Zappos as a Defogger could be good if he replaces Zeraora. Corv is underwhelming offensively imo

First of all Zap is genderless iirc. Next, Corv indeed has no offensive presence but why you care it's a *defensive* Pokémon..
Helm Zap ain't that good in NDOU, go for Heavy-Duty Boots. Corv also checks Boom and is good imo. And keep Zeraora is you want the momentum, cos it's offers a lot to the team.
