Flygon is a defensive set. It can punish physical attackers such as Choice Band Entei. Choice Band Entei is for a physical attacker, and appreciates Flygon for being able to switch in to ground and rock moves. In turn, Entei can threaten ice types like Glastrier. Vaporeon absorbs water moves for Entei and can wish pass to keep the other team members healthy. Steelvally can clear hazards and can use Parting Shot to pivot in. Xatu is for a fighting resistance that can stop Pokémon from trying to use moves like Toxic and Stealth Rock. It can also Teleport to bring in a teammate saftley. Exploud is for a special wallbreaker, and appreciates Xatu for taking fighting type moves for it, and it can bring it in saftley.

What is the point for 2 defoggers+a bouncer?
Id choose whichever one is less reliable and change the defog slot to toxic for silvally and something else for flygon because idk what is decent coverage for it in 2 moves. You could try boomburst+earth power for a recreation of normal move+eq on mons, but its up to you. You could also try another status move, or just simply use uturn to pivot
