This is the Dual Screens HO Team I've been using and it's been doing pretty good so far. I would like this rated as I plan on going into High Ladder with this team.

Team Pokepaste

Aerodactyl

Aerodactyl @ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt
- Earthquake
- Rock Blast

Aerodactyl is usually the lead as it it sets up Stealth Rock and also prevents other lead Pokemon from using status moves with Taunt. Rock Blast is STAB that can break subs, sturdy, and sashes. Earthquake is for coverage.

Xatu

Xatu @ Light Clay
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- Roost
- Teleport

Xatu is the dual screen setter. Light Screen and Reflect are for dual screens. Roost is for healing. Teleport is to bring in a teammate saftley.

Kingdra

Kingdra @ Scope Lens
Ability: Sniper
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Surf
- Focus Energy
- Agility

Kingdra sets up Focus Energy and Agility, then you can go on a crit-hit spree. Draco Meteor is STAB that deals with bulky waters like Mantine, Gastrodon, and Vaporeon. Surf is STAB.

Silvally-Ghost

Silvally-Ghost @ Ghost Memory
Ability: RKS System
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Multi-Attack
- X-Scissor
- Flame Charge
- Swords Dance

Ghostvally sets up Swords Dance and Flame Charge, then can sweep once mons like Braviary are taken care of before hand. Multi-Attack is strong STAB. X-Scissor is for coverage against dark type Pokemon.

Blastoise

Blastoise @ White Herb
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Substitute
- Shell Smash
- Surf
- Dark Pulse

Blastoise with Substitute and Shell Smash does wonders under dual screens. Substitute helps get off Shell Smash and can help with status conditions like Toxic. Surf is STAB. Dark Pulse is for the flinch chance.

Flygon

Flygon @ Lum Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Throat Chop
- Dragon Claw
- Dragon Dance

Although DD Flygon is a bit iffy, it uses Throat Chop to stop Hyper Voice Sylveon, and also deals with Bronzong. Earthquake and Dragon Claw are STAB moves.

Some things I'm concerned about:

  • Should I replace Flygon for another Pokemon that can deal with Sylveon?
  • How well does this team deal with opposing Shell Smash Blastoise?
  • People are very prepared for Blastoise, so should I replace someone to get rid of Blastoise's checks, or can the team do a good job with dealing with Blastoise's checks?

Side note: Hail isn't as common in NU anymore due to the banning of Snow Warning in NU. ;)

Thanks for reading!

Im bad at nu but from other tier experience maybe like garticuno to threaten would be defoggers? Idk.
Espeon is the screen setter, obviously. It's ability Magic Bounce is useful for preventing Defog removing your screens while setting up your screens.

Magic bounce is basically you using the status move. So I'm pretty sure that you remove your own screens that way. Nice team though, I think I'll try it!
Well, the man finch himself recently used a similar HO team with blastoise, kingdra, aero, and xatu.
