Rate my Gen 4 OU Team !

Question

Im pretty new at competitive and my teams were always a failiure.
My most succesful team is this ( Gen 4 OU).Is there anything i should improve or any suggestions ?

Espanol lmfao amazing reference. Anyways, Why 2 IVs in Atk for Jolteon? Use a rotom form like rotom-w, which has 18% usage.

You really need to add a ground type to the team or rock type their more useful than you think (I earned it the hard way) but other than that this is a good team. Moltic with leftovers is a good idea I use do that as well.

Flygon is a Ground type.

Jolly/Adamant is better than Lonely on Lucario, since you aren't using any special moves.
Flygon deserves a better item I think, but if you think that it get's destroyed by an ice move, retain it.
Substitute + Choice Specs is bad for jolt.
