Too lazy for full explanation. Basically, never use a sun team without eruption Heatran. If you want, use specs on Heatran but its the only one that can afford a z crystal. Gliscor is just to provide another way to remove hazards because you do not want your sun summoner to be forced in that easily because stealth rocks. Toxapex is just for added safety. That's just a sample team. You can change it however you like. Just keep your modest Heatran
Why are you even using Tangrowth on a sun team? Just take that team I mentioned as a basis and tweak it to your preferences
