Why Flamethrower on Chansey? Why Dhelmise? Why Cloyster? Why are you using that Gliscor set when you can use Swords Dance or defensive Gliscor?
Where is the trick room for dhelmise my guy
Trick Room does not benefit every member of the team, and it'll probably hinder things like Cloyster and Charizard -- though why any of these Pokemon are being used at all is beyond me.
Hopefully I am doing this correctly by using a comment and not an answer.

To answer the questions so far, Flamethrower on Chansey is for the common Scizor and I see Forretress sometimes, I use Dhelmise because I wanted to choose something uncommon and Dhelmise with that set has a very powerful  Gyro Ball and has good coverage, and Shell Smash Cloyster is an amazing sweeper, I have won multiple times just using Cloyster. Though I think I will change Gliscor, open to suggestions.

As Omega said, Trick Room would only hinder. Charizard and Cloyster are the sweepers of the team, and once set up, hard to stop.

Cloyster really needs a jolly or +speed nature to outspeed anything, also razor shell is preferrable because he has slightly higher physical attack and you wont need to use a nature which cuts his already frail defences.
Charizard should run a jolly nature to boost speed, but adamant is fine too
As other ppl said, a better gliscor set should be used, check smogon for reference
Charizard already craps on scizor so i would recomment a better move on chansey instead of flamethrower like heal bell
Dhelmise is an interesting choice for an ou team, if you want to use it i would recommend using rapid spin as your team has no hazard removal
I will make Cloyster Jolly, but I might just give it a Focus Sash so that way it can set up, and outspeed anything without priority.
I will make Charizard Jolly.
I might just replace Chansey outright, as it hasn't been helping my team much.
I'll try Rapid Spin instead of Swords Dance.
