Before making the team I decided i wanted to make a stall team, wanting to know how well they can work in UU, in the end after 5 past members i am now with this, which is likely not finished yet

Ok so i wanted to base the team around a wish passer, so i tried the common ones even venturing right into the depths of NU then i saw the potentiol in Lickilicky.
I probably should of looked at smogons Lickilicky moveset page but this set has been incredibly effective being able to take many differant variations of hits as well as support the team by crippling them and knocking of there items which can wreck a flygon.
Im sad to say the set may suck to other sets but this is a great spdefsivly lickilicky and the sets worked great.
Dusclops (F) @ Eviolite

Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)

Origionally a sabyele but i decided to go on pure def than crippling power.
The sets preatty self explanitary, i cant remember what i swapped for disable but disable has worked well.
Preveously used a rest talk set, it failed.

The team after a while drifted away from a stall team as i tried to add some offence so i used my swords dance mew which is very hard to take out with sucker punch for priority and an at least 2hit ko with drain punch.

Wrecked by flygon but thats why i have lickilicky knocking off a scarf as well as serperior walling it.
But as for cobalion its very underated and can take hits then hit back very hard with a swords dance up.

I wanted to bring in some more stall so i used serperior whom could wall the common weakness.
Hidden power ice kills flygon and roserade the rest is just general stalling.
Victini @ Choice Band

I needed a victini counter so i brung in victini.
The sets very simple and obvious but is a great victini counter coming in on ones victory star.
They are at now a speed disadvantage as well as a def i beleive.
