What I meant is that some of the Pokemons here are banned in Gen 8 OU (namely Charizard Y and Ash Greninja). Would you mind suggesting the replacement for them that is legal to use in Gen 8

But Gen 8 OU is a pretty different metagame than Gen 7 OU, a simple Pokemon swap isn't really all you need to make a good Gen 8 OU team. You should just build a new team specifically for Gen 8 OU rather than use a Gen 7 OU team. They're different formats, not really that interchangeable.
