First off, I just want to mention that I did replace most Pokémon on your team, since none of the Pokémon on your team, except Kyogre, are viable in Doubles Ubers.
Also, make sure you read this part. You only have one Pokémon that knows Protect, and Protect is extremely important on almost all Pokémon in doubles, as it allows the user to scout for attacks, stall out stuff like Trick Room and Tailwind, and block Fake Out, other attacks potentially a double team (not the Pokémon move) from the opponent while your other Pokémon on the field can still attack or set up. That's why 5/6 of the "new" team members have it.
With that said, here are some improvements for your team. And sorry if my explanations are bad, I suck at this sort of stuff.
Kyogre
That isn't actually a standard set. I haven't really ever seen CM Kyogre be used, even in high ladder, so I can't really give an opinion on that. However, I would like to mention that I replaced Pincurchin with Tornadus, one of the best Tailwind setters and a great Kyogre partner, forming the TornOgre core. Three attacks + Protect Kyogre works really well alongside Tornadus. Expert Belt is not a good item and is inferior to Mystic Water on Kyogre, which boosts the power of Water Spout without cutting into it's power after every use and doesn't lock you into a move, allowing for Protect to still be used. Also, Kyogre shouldn't really be using a bulky EV spread unless you're running a Trick Room team, and you're not, and I didn't turn this into one. A max speed and max special attack spread with a Timid nature is better since Kyogre needs to outspeed opponents and hit them very hard with a rain boosted Water Spout or Origin Pulse. Here's a new set (and actually a more standard one):
Kyogre @ Mystic Water
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Water Spout
- Origin Pulse
- Ice Beam
- Protect
Lapras -> Grimmsnarl
As a screen setter, Lapras, since it needs to Gigantamax to set up screens, is completely outclassed by Grimmsnarl. Unlike Lapras, Grimmsnarl doesn't need to Dynamax / Gigantamax and is capable of setting up screens multiple times throughout a match. Lapras also doesn't have much power even with a modest nature and max special attack EVs. Grimmsnarl, being a full-on support Pokémon, doensn't need any attack investment. Grimmsnarl can also provide speed control in the form of Prankster Thunder Wave and can weaken special attacking Dynamaxed Pokémon with Spirit Break. Here's a set (the EVs were stolen from a sample team):
Grimmsnarl (M) @ Light Clay
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 248 HP / 136 Def / 124 SpD
Careful Nature
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Thunder Wave
- Spirit Break
Raichu-A -> Zekrom
I can see what you were going for, but with a Pokémon as frail and weak as Raichu, that just won't work. It'll get destroyed by Calyrex-S, since it runs Focus Sash most of the time, and literally any other Pokémon that can take a hit. Also like I said I replaced Pincurchin so yeah... This Raichu needs to go. I suggest using Zekrom instead. Not only can it swap in on Kyogre's weaknesses, but it can be a threatening Dyanmax attacker after using Dragon Dance. With screen support from Grimmsnarl, it can also take super effective hits well and have it's Weakness Policy activated. And of course Protect is needed to block potential double teams, since a boosted Pokémon is a massive threat. Also, Zekrom matches up well against the five best Pokemon in the metagame; Kyogre, Calyrex-S, Ho-Oh, Zacain-C and Yveltal (no particular order). Here's a set:
Zekrom @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Bolt Strike
- Dragon Claw
- Protect
Indeedee-M -> Calyrex-S
Indeedee-M has no place in Doubles Ubers. Its female counterpart is pretty alright as a support 'mon with Follow Me, but having three support Pokémon is just too many. Offensively, Indeedee-M is totally outclassed by Calyrex-S and it's devastating Astral Barrages. Also, this new team is looking really weak to Trick Room so far, so I'm going to suggest using an Imprison set, which completely prevents opponent's from setting up Trick Room and even keeping themselves safe with protect. And if you can outspeed an opposing Calyrex-S and use Imprison before they can make their move, they can't attack you unless they Dynamax. Here's the set:
Calyrex-Shadow @ Focus Sash
Ability: As One (Spectrier)
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Astral Barrage
- Imprison
- Trick Room
- Protect
Ferrothorn -> Zacian-C
Stall movesets that aren't Cosmic Power Eternatus just don't work in Doubles Ubers. Due to the nature of doubles they can get overwhelmed pretty easily. Also this is a Hyper Offence team, so Ferrothorn won't even fit (it's still awful). A better steel type would be Zacian-C. Zacian-C just hits everything not named Necrozma-DM for huge amounts of damage with Behemoth Blade and two of Wild Charge, Play Rough or Close Combat (only two because Protect, again, is mandatory). Wild Charge is needed in order to deal with Kyogre and Ho-oh, but whether you want to go with Play Rough or Close Combat is up to you. Here's a moveset:
Zacian-Crowned @ Rusted Sword
Ability: Intrepid Sword
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Behemoth Blade
- Wild Charge
- Play Rough / Close Combat
- Protect
Pincurchin -> Tornadus
At last, Tornadus. Since I removed Raichu-A from your team, Pincurchin has no use at all, but that doesn't change the fact that Tapu Koko is a better Electric Terrain setter, and even Koko is, well, less than good. As I mentioned, Tornadus is a great partner for Kyogre, but it can also provide invaluable Tailwind support for the whole team, making sure you're other Pokémon (notably Kyogre) can move first. It can also set Rain back up if it is interrupted by Groudon's Drought, also disabling it's ally Venusaur's Chlorophyll. Here's the set:
Tornadus (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Tailwind
- Rain Dance
- Hurricane
- Protect
Pokepaste
Hope this helps!
