Focus sash marshadow isn’t really great-it lacks firepower. Life orb would be better. Your team does pretty badly against Xerneas-I’d make Primal Groudon or Necrozma-Dusk specially defensive to deal with that. You also have no rocks and no defog.
Rocks isn't that common in USUM AG, as far I have seen. I'll see about LO and Specially Defensive Groudon Though.
1. Give Smeargle Rapid Spin. Make it Moody for the giggles. Do Max HP / Max Spe.
2. All g
3. Oh nah nah nah. Eruption / Solar Beam / Dragon Pulse / Precipice Blades is the way to go on Webs HO. Do 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe with Hasty nature.
4. Kyogre-Primal is a nice choice but what it does is come in, take a kill, and then die to a Rayquaza-Mega or w/e. Even though it's far better on Webs, you can just replace it with a Xerneas or anything.
5. I'll suggest a Taunt Yveltal, as it can stop Ho-Oh's, Arc-Poison's, Arc-Ground's etc from Fogging for free, and also is a nice option on HO.
6. erm no. If you do Xerneas than the Kyogre, you can keep this, but otherwise Necrozma-Ultra is the better choice as a whole. Do X-Scissor NDM-Ultra if you don't do Xern and do Necro-U, otherwise do Stone Edge NDM-Ultra.

@GeniusGatik942 What chinese USUM are you playing lmaoooo. Stealth Rock is, by and large, one of the most useful moves in any gen any tier (afaik), but in USUM AG, my dear, no hazard HO is dogshit.

@PrimordiaISea erm no. SpD NDM is a veryy bad choice on HO because you need firepower than defense. Dual WP/Z NDM is far better.

As RedcharizardX said, you should absolutely have entry hazard support on your team if you want it to be Hyper Offense. The best entry hazard users for HO in USUM AG are Smeargle and Deoxys-Speed. Smeargle is probably the better of the two because of its ability to use Sticky Web + Rocks and has all sorts of utility outside of that, but Deoxys-Speed is less volatile because its higher speed lets it use taunt more quickly. What i'll be focusing on is a Smeargle webs hyper offense, but if you want a Deoxys-Speed team let me know. I'll also be talking about a few additional Stealth Rockers you can use at the end.

Smeargle @ Focus Sash
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Sticky Web
- Stealth Rock
- Nuzzle / Spore
- Taunt / Whirlwind

Sticky Web and Stealth Rock are excellent team support. Spore can let Smeargle have free turns to set up hazards but Nuzzle is generally preferred and that is because it helps a ton in the matchup vs Deoxys-Speed, Taunt Yveltal, and Ditto. Taunt prevents set up attempts and prevents Stealth Rock and Defog from slower users of the move. Whirlwind phazes out Substitute users like Mega Gengar and Pokemon that want to set up on Smeargle like Geomancy Xerneas and Swords Dance Primal Groudon. As for what to replace Smeargle with, Marshadow isn't really that good of a Webs abuser so you should get rid of it.

Mega Rayquaza

Swords Dance is the way to go on webs, where Mega Ray doesn't benefit from the Dragon Dance speed boost as much and has most of its offensive checks outsped on webs even without a boost. Swords Dance gives Mega Rayquaza the power to blow past would-be checks like Necrozma-DM and defensive Zygarde with much less difficulty.

Primal Groudon

Looks good.

Primal Kyogre

With Webs, Primal Kyogre can run Water Spout with minimal or lack of fear of faster Pokemon. With Water Spout, Primal Kyogre can break down Thunder's main targets like Toxapex, Arceus-Water, and defensive Primal Kyogre with ease, 2HKOing them all after rocks, therefore Thunder is not needed on this set.

Zekrom

Looks good.

Necrozma-Dusk Mane

On this set I'd suggest Swords Dance over Rock Polish and i'd suggest Jolly over Adamant because Adamant Necrozma-DM does not take advantage of webs as much as Jolly since it misses out on a few Speed benchmarks.

other options

For the other Stealth Rockers you could use, you can use Stealth Rock + Swords Dance Primal Groudon or Stealth Rock Ultra Necrozma. Smeargle can use both Taunt and Whirlwind on its set if it doesn't have to use Stealth Rock. There are lots of options for the last slot. Swords Dance or Calm Mind Ultra Necrozma, Extremekiller Arceus, Geomancy Xerneas, Swords Dance Arceus-Ghost, Choice Band, Choice Specs, or Life Orb Yveltal, and a few others.

Groudon-Primal @ Red Orb
Ability: Drought
EVs: 212 SpA / 144 SpD / 152 Spe
Mild Nature
- Eruption
- Precipice Blades
- Rock Tomb
- Swords Dance

This set is an option for Primal Groudon which can lower the speed of webs immune Pokemon like Yveltal and Mega Rayquaza and then hit then with Eruption. This set improves the Mega Rayquaza matchup significantly and also improves the matchup against Xerneas and Primal Kyogre as the set's special defense EVs let it survive any Geomancy boosted move Xerneas uses after Stealth Rock (assuming Groudon is taking the damage and not Primal Groudon) and also helps it shrug off Primal Kyogre's Ice Beams more easily.

Primal Kyogre can run 72 Def / 184 SpA / 252 Spe to survive Jolly Primal Groudon's Precipice Blades after Rocks, and from full health it can survive Adamant Primal Groudon's Precipice Blades, Life Orb Ho-Oh's Brave Bird, and Choice Scarf Mega Rayquaza's Dragon Ascent, at the cost of some power. Modest can be run on Primal Kyogre for more firepower.

Smeargle @ Sticky Web?
Smeargle is the most common webs setter.
That was meant to be a nod to the item error.
Whoops lol
So you're basically telling me to replace Marshadow for Smeargle? Because I'm just thinking of letting my team stay as it is and change Groudon's set
If you were going to let your team stay as is and just change Groudon's set, what is the point of posting it on the rmt? That's not using the rmt correctly

If you really want to not replace any team members, Groudon should be using Rocks + Swords Dance. Marshadow should be using the Life Orb or Bulk Up set. You can consider substitute + calm mind primal kyogre.
Please do not post on the RMT if you are not willing to change your team.
I've made the changes. I'll update in a bit.
Thanks a lot
zekrom w/o koko is rlly bad. the don set for webs ho is messed up. ogre run modest max/max not 72 def, no one runs that on ho.

You are running Hyper-Offense team and Rocks are very important for it to break Sash and Sturdy(Skarmory and some other stuff).Instead you can run a balance team.

The M-Ray set seems to be solid with LO.I too prefer Earthquake over V-Create due to its Speed drop.
Band M-Ray is another option if you'd like.

Primal Groudon being Defensive is better than offensive.

Groudon-Primal @ Red Orb
Ability: Desolate Land
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 32 Def / 220 SpD
Careful Nature
- Precipice Blades
- Toxic
- Roar
- Rest

>252+ Atk Groudon-Primal Precipice Blades vs. 252 HP / 32 Def Groudon-Primal: 356-422 (88.1 - 104.4%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO

>252+ SpA Xerneas Focus Blast vs. 252 HP / 220+ SpD Groudon-Primal: 115-136 (28.4 - 33.6%) -- 0.2% chance to 3HKO

>224 SpA Neuroforce Necrozma-Ultra Earth Power vs. 252 HP / 220+ SpD Groudon-Primal: 232-275 (57.4 - 68%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

>252+ Atk Neuroforce Necrozma-Ultra Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 32 Def Groudon-Primal: 235-277 (58.1 - 68.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

This set is a tank and Specially defensive. You can Toxic any mon and just switch the opponent using Roar is there is some drastic stat boost. This also provides a Geomancy Xern check and also breaks Smeargle.

If you run a CM set then it should be Defensive.

Kyogre-Primal @ Blue Orb
Ability: Primordial Sea
EVs: 252 HP / 236 Def / 20 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Thunder
- Calm Mind

252+ Atk Choice Band Rayquaza-Mega Dragon Ascent vs. 248 HP / 236+ Def Kyogre-Primal: 322-381 (79.9 - 94.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Heavy Rain
>0 SpA Kyogre-Primal Ice Beam vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Rayquaza-Mega: 432-512 (122.7 - 145.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Strong Winds
>+1 0 SpA Kyogre-Primal Ice Beam vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Rayquaza-Mega in Strong Winds: 326-384 (92.6 - 109%) -- guaranteed OHKO

This is a tank too.A reliable M-Ray check. Also ignores Evasion with Thunder.

Sash Marsh is broken easily with rocks.LO will be better but I think there is no need for it in this team.
Marsh check would be better.

Arceus @ Pixie Plate
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 248 HP / 248 Def / 12 Spe
Bold Nature
- Judgment
- Recover
- Defog
- Will-O-Wisp

>252+ Atk Life Orb Rayquaza-Mega Dragon Ascent vs. 248 HP / 244+ Def Arceus-Fairy: 230-270 (51.9 - 60.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

>+2 252 Atk Necrozma-Ultra Photon Geyser vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Arceus-Fairy: 337-397 (76 - 89.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

>0 SpA Pixie Plate Arceus-Fairy Judgment vs. 28 HP / 0 SpD Necrozma-Ultra: 308-366 (90 - 107%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock

>0 SpA Pixie Plate Arceus-Fairy Judgment vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Rayquaza-Mega: 302-356 (86 - 101.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock

>0 SpA Pixie Plate Arceus-Fairy Judgment vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Marshadow: 330-390 (102.8 - 121.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Fairyceus checks every physical mons with this set.Aslo burn depletes the Physical attack power and provides times to Defog and recover.

TBH Zekrom isnt needed here.

Arceus @ Dread Plate
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 SpD
Bold Nature
- Judgment
- Recover
- Defog
- Toxic

>8 SpA Pixie Plate Arceus-Fairy Judgment vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Arceus-Dark: 260-308 (58.5 - 69.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

>252+ Atk Life Orb Marshadow Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 232+ Def Arceus-Dark: 351-416 (79 - 93.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

This is a physical tank too.But very useful and dont think whats the point of running to mons for Physical Defense. It tank a few Fighting type attacks and few Fairy Judgments.

Defensive NDM is the best.

Necrozma-Dusk-Mane @ Solganium Z
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 236 HP / 24Def / 248 SpD
Impish Nature
- Sunsteel Strike
- Stealth Rock
- Morning Sun
- Toxic

>252+ SpA Xerneas Thunder vs. 236 HP / 248 SpD Necrozma-Dusk-Mane: 100-118 (25.3 - 29.9%) -- guaranteed 4HKO

>+2 252+ SpA Xerneas Hidden Power Fire vs. 236 HP / 248 SpD Prism Armor Necrozma-Dusk-Mane: 162-192 (41.1 - 48.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

This is a special tank.Counters Xerns,Fairyceus and a few other Pokemons.

Pokepaste for this

Hope I Helped.
