I'm pretty sure Rapidash is outclassed by Tapu Bulu as a Physical Sweeper.  Also, Gardevoir should run a Choice Scarf to help its Slower team members.  If you want Specs, I'd switch to Tapu Lele.
Klefki should be setting screens since Fairy-types have bad recovery and can't afford hail tick. Honestly a lot of this team is simply unviable and why do you have 3 Fairy/Psychic types? Look at this team for example.

Sorry, but your answer did not tackle any of the team's major issues and you should be commenting if you just want to give a small piece of advice. Answers are supposed to make a team better, and not give an altogether new team.
Ive got ninetails with snow warning and aurora veil for screens since it combines both in one move
Even though Alolan-Ninetales can setup both screens in one turn with Aurora Veil, Klefki outclasses it as a screens setter. Unlike Alolan-Ninetales, Klefki has access to priority Screens (which is useful against fast/Choice Scarf Pokemon like Excadrill), Spikes, and can spread status if it has Thunder Wave. Klefki's defensive typing of Steel/Fairy grants it a poison immunity and can take Steel-type moves comfortably, unlike Alolan-Ninetales, who is 4x weak to Steel-type moves. All of the traits that Klefki has as a screens setter are way too good to pass up.

After looking at the team, I noticed that some of the Pokemon you have on the team are outclassed by other Pokemon, and the Pokemon are viable have movesets that need changing. So, here is the team rate and changes:

Make Klefki the screens setter and drop Ninetales-Alola

Klefki @ Light Clay
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- Spikes
- Foul Play / Thunder Wave

The comment I made sums up why Klefki outclasses Ninetales-Alola as a screens setter. Spikes is used to chip Pokemon switching in, which helps put them in range of your teammates' attacks. Foul Play is used to punish Pokemon like Scizor and Mimikyu, who can raise their attack stat with Swords Dance. Thunder wave can be used instead to slow down the fast Pokemon in the metagame.

Ninetales-Alola --> Azumarill

Azumarill @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Belly Drum
- Aqua Jet
- Knock Off
- Substitute / Play Rough

With Klefki as the screens setter, we can drop Ninetales-Alola from the team. Azumarill appreciates the screens and utility Klefki provides to help get off a Belly Drum safely and be able to OHKO Pokemon like Ferrothorn and Toxapex with Spikes support. In turn, Azumarill deals with most Fire- and Ground-types for Klefki. Knock Off after a Belly Drum threatens Pokemon like Ferrothorn and Toxapex, the item removal effect Knock Off has cripples them. Substitute allows you to dodge status conditions that could hinder you, while Play Rough is for a move to hit Mandibuzz and Pokemon who resist Aqua Jet and Knock Off.

Gardevoir --> Tapu Lele

Tapu Lele @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Psychic Surge
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psychic
- Moonblast
- Focus Blast
- Thunderbolt

Tapu Lele has Psychic Surge to setup Psychic Terrain, which boosts your main STAB move, Psychic, as well as blocking priority moves from Pokemon such as Scizor's Bullet Punch. Do note that Azumarill can't use Aqua Jet while Psychic Terrain is in effect. I made Tapu Lele a Choice Scarf Pokemon to provide speed control for the team. Gardevoir could use Choice Scarf as well, but it doesn't outspeed Choice Scarf Excadrill, while Scarf Lele can. Focus Blast lets Tapu Lele hit Steel-types like Ferrothorn, Heatran, Bisharp, and Pokemon such as Tyranitar. Thunderbolt hits Pokemon such as Corviknight, Celesteela, and Mantine.

Rapidash-Galar --> Tapu Bulu

Tapu Bulu @ Life Orb
Ability: Grassy Surge
EVs: 252 Atk / 24 Def / 232 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Horn Leech
- Close Combat
- High Horsepower

Rapidash-Galar is a bad Pokemon in Monotype in general. Although Tapu Bulu is slower than Rapidash-Galar, its base 130 Attack and resists to Electric- and Ground-type moves make it a good physical wallbreaker for Fairy-type teams. Swords Dance lets you become a scary wallbreaker. Close Combat is used for Steel-types like Ferrothorn and hits Celesteela neutrally. High Horsepower lets you deal with Pokemon such as Heatran and Aegislash. 232 Speed EVs let Tapu Bulu outspeed Max Speed Tyranitar and Celesteela provided they didn't use their speed increasing move.

Hatterene

Hatterene (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Psychic
- Draining Kiss
- Mystical Fire

Hatterene is an option for fairy screens, so I kept it on the team. Hatterene can also stop Defoggers from getting rid of your screens. Calm Mind Hatterene under screens can serve as a wincon due to Magic Bounce and defensive stats. Mystical Fire is used as coverage against Steel-types not named Heatran such as Ferrothorn, Corviknight, and Celesteela.

Togekiss

Togekiss @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Air Slash
- Fire Blast / Flamethrower
- Substitute / Aura Sphere
- Nasty Plot

Togekiss runs a Nasty Plot set on Fairy screens, not an all out attacking set(aka a Pokemon with 4 offensive moves). Nasty Plot raises Togekiss' Special Attack to break past things better. Fire Blast is a powerful move with 85% that is used for Steel-types like Ferrothorn, Celesteela, etc, while Flamethrower is accurate but with less power than Fire Blast. Substitute allows Togekiss to dodge status conditions, while Aura Sphere targets Pokemon such as Heatran and Tyranitar.

That's all of the changes for your team. Here's a Pokepaste containing the team with the changes made:

Hope this helps! :)
