Gardevoir (F) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Trace
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Energy Ball
- Moonblast
- Thunderbolt
- Psychic

Gardevoir is my favourite pokemon so I always have to have one on my team.
That being said, choice specs on Gardevoir work great, increasing the already strong sp. atk. Trace can be really helpful depending on your opponent's ability.

Hatterene @ Life Orb
Ability: Magic Bounce
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Trick Room
- Mystical Fire
- Psychic
- Draining Kiss

Typical trick room hatterene here, psychic and draining kiss are STAB. Draining kiss is good for healing to make up for life orbs downside too.  Mystical Fire is for coverage.

Togekiss (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Air Slash
- Aura Sphere
- Flamethrower
- Nasty Plot

Your standard annoying togekiss. Nasty plot makes its already good sp.atk even better. air slash for STAB and its flinch chance.  The rest are coverage.

Klefki (F) @ Light Clay
Ability: Prankster
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- Foul Play
- Thunder Wave

Prankster makes this an amazing screen setter and is good for adding thunder wave too. Foul play is good to attack pokemon with high attack stats/ones that have used status increasing moves.

Azumarill (F) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Huge Power
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Belly Drum
- Aqua Jet
- Superpower
- Play Rough
Maxed out attack with belly drum makes this a good sweeper Sitrus Berry takes care of the colossal health loss from the move too.

Carbink @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Power Gem
- Protect
- Earth Power
- Moonblast

My little tank. carbink is great for stalling with its high defence and access to protect. Moonblast and power gem are STAB.

There's no reason to use Carbink over Diancie. Replace it with Diancie. I also reccomend Specs Lele over Gardevoir. Not entirely sure about the latter though.
Here are the things I see that need to be changed:

Gardevoir--> Change to Choice Scarf Tapu Lele to add speed control. Gardevoir has almost no niche in Monotype and is outclassed by Tapu Lele and Hatterene.

Hatterene should be a Calm Mind set along with Trick Room.

Klefki needs Spikes on its set. Replace either Foul Play or Thunder Wave for Spikes.

Azumarill should be Max Speed EVs instead of Max HP so you can deal damage to slow Pokemon like Tyranitar. Superpower should be replaced with Knock Off, as that move lets you deal with Ferrothorn and Toxapex.

Carbink is not good in Monotype at all. Is there any reason for you choosing it over a better attacker like Tapu Bulu or a defensive Pokemon like Clefable? Here are two ways you could go with this:

1. Replace Carbink with Tapu Bulu. The team will look like the team changes I made in your previous RMT, but with some minor changes: https://pokepast.es/80b883f304139c92

2. Replace Carbink with Clefable for a defensive Pokemon, and then replace either Hatterene or Togekiss for Tapu Bulu. The team would either look like this: https://pokepast.es/5e9687a6823b8237 or this: https://pokepast.es/5bbcf66e1d513067

Not sure if I'll make this an answer so I'm commenting this for now.
you can make the clefable like this too :
Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 85 HP / 85 Def / 252 SpA / 85 SpD / 1 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Soft-Boiled
- Cosmic Power  /  Moonblast
- Stored Power
True, Calm Mind Clefable also works on Fairy screens. @RateMyTeamPlease the Calm Mind Clefable set you posted isn't a good one, especially with the weird EVs that waste EVs. This set is the Calm Mind set Clefable uses:
Clefable @ Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 228 Def / 28 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast / Thunderbolt
- Flamethrower
- Soft-Boiled

Life Orb is used for extra damage output and Magic Guard prevents Life Orb recoil. Flamethrower covers steel types like Ferrothorn, Celesteela, and Corviknight. Thunderbolt can be used for Pokemon like Toxapex and Mantine. 28 Speed EVs let Clefable outspeed Tyranitar and Celesteela.
Trace is a good ability to counter specific things. Intimidate, flash fire, swift swim, flygon's levitate, stuff like that. Can also be used to take your opponents good ability and use it for yourself. Examples of this include: magic guard, fairy aura, adaptability, sturdy, levitate in general.

But the scenarios where youre copying something else's positive ability arent too common and its usually more reliable to just have something with the specific ability you want. So if you don't have something specific, you're using it to counter, trace isnt a good ability.

All of this to say use synchronize on gardevoir.
Please give a better explanation for using Gardevoir. A reasoning such as "I always have it because it's my favorite Pokemon" is not a good example.
Your whole team is fine but I would recommend replacing Earth Power from the carbink and replacing it with a healing move like rest and protect with sleep talk. It is a fun strategy to use as your rocky helmet also is damaging the user while they are hitting you.
