(For those looking on: I consider this in keeping with rule 2.2.3, just. I think its problems are worth explaining.)
You should run full defense investment on Blissey. It's already so specially bulky that extra sp.def is often redundant. I appreciate that you tried to give descriptions,  but the ones you've given are extremely obvious and give no useful information. Descriptions are supposed to explain WHY you chose the pokemon you did and why you run the set you use. Lastly,  Dragonite, Hatterene and Scizor are  outclassed in NDAG and I reccomend replacing them. I'll post a full answer later.
Almost all of these Pokémon are outclassed in someway.  Dragonite is outclassed by Mega Rayquaza with higher Attack, Speed, etc.  Hatterene is outclassed by other users like Calyrex Shadow.  Scizor is outclassed by NDM who has higher Attack and all other stats to act as an Ice and Fairy Check.
1. For Dragonite to do anything in this tier, Heavy-Duty Boots should be kept in mind to bring out the full potential of Multiscale, because SR is EVERYWHERE in this tier. Also.. why Dragonite when you have Mega-Rayquaza a click away from your screen? It has access to better STAB in Flying moves, V-Create, and not as many counters as Dragonite.

2. Hatterene is slow and weak to Zacian-C and Necrozma-DM, two of the biggest threats in NatDex AG. As a psychic type, it is majorly outclassed by Calyrex-S, who is faster, stronger, can revenge kill Zacian C and threaten Necrozma-DM. On top of that, it gets access to an ability that boosts its Sp.Atk every kill it gets, Nasty Plot, and because it is fast, it can reliably use Scarf and Specs along with Aromatherapy.

3. Scizor, as a steel type, is outclassed by the popular Necrozma-DM, offensively and defensively. Necrozma has access to the ability Prism Armor, which reduces the damage of super-effective moves by 25% percent. It recieves many useful resistances and can stand up to Eternatus, another big threat. Primal Groudon cannot OHKO it unboosted, can take a hit from Zacian-C, and recieves  useful utility moves like Stealth Rock and Thunder Wave. What's more is that it has access to Photon Geyser and Sunsteel Strike, two great STAB moves that ignore abilities. And offensively, it has access to Dragon Dance and can keep a Weakness Policy in due to a great ability.
