I've only just started playing NatDex, and only played 3 games with this team so the descriptions won't be extensive, sorry.
Any help appreciated.

Barraskewda @ Life Orb
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Crunch
- Psychic Fangs
- Close Combat
- Liquidation

There to dish out lots of damage. Psychic Fangs for Toxapex. Close Combat for Chansey, Ferrothorn etc. Liquidation for stab. Not sure whether to use Crunch or Flip Turn. The spread is for maximum hitting power.

Swampert-Mega @ Swampertite
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Liquidation
- Flip Turn
- Power-Up Punch

Even more damage. Power-Up-Punch for the buff, Liquidation and Earthquake for stab, Flip Turn for utility. Again, the spread is for maximum hitting power.

Kingdra @ Choice Specs
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Surf
- Ice Beam

And yet more damage. Draco Meteor and Surf for strong stabs, Flash Cannon for fairies, Ice Beam for bulky grass types. Another spread for maximum hitting power.

Pelipper @ Damp Rock
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpA
Bold Nature

My rain setter. Geared to be pretty bulky, with Hurricane and Scald for useful damage and Toxic because, well, Toxic.

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes
- Leech Seed
- Knock Off

Here to counteract anoyying grass or electric types trying to sweep me. Made to be bulky, as well as being a hazard setter.

Slowbro-Galar @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SpA
Bold Nature
- Future Sight
- Slack Off

Read Kyo's post on this thread, it's a great resource for building rain: https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/national-dex-metagame-discussion-v2.3666135/page-11. I strongly reccomend running Zapdos over Galarian Slowbro, it helps you check grass types like Kartana,  Rillaboom, and Tapu Bulu. I also suggest Manaphy over Barraskewda. Manaphy is almost impossible for Bulky Balance team to deal with thanks to its accese to Tail Glow and Hydration Rest. You team struggles a bit vs them, so Manaphy is great here.

Team changes

Major Changes

  • Galarian Slowbro --> Offensive Zapdos
Offensive Zapdos provides a good check to pokemon like Kartana, Rillaboom and Tapu Bulu, against which your team is currently weak. It also has a massive offensive presence unlike G-Slowbro vs most teams.

  • Barraskewda --> Tail Glow + Rest Manaphy
Tail Glow + Rest Manaphy helps wallbreak through stall and bulky Balance teams. Energy Ball helps beat Tapu Fini by using its Z-Move, which clears a path for Kingdra.

Minor Changes

  • Physically Defensive Ferrothorn --> Specially Defensive Ferrothorn
Helps take hits from Ash-Greninja and Tapu Lele better.

  • Toxic --> Roost on Pelipper
Helps keep Pelipper healthy and heals off Stealth Rock so that it can setup rain multiple times.

  • Spikes --> Iron Head on Ferrothorn
Helps you to check Kyurem, which your team(and all rain teams) are weak to.

  • Adamant --> Jolly on Swampert
Allows you to outspeed Choice Scarf Kartana in rain.
