Wow, I haven't posted in forever. I got the edited team to the 1300s, so hopefully the team should be usable in mid-ladder. I didn't change the EVs much because I am too lazy to actually calc stuff.
The first thing I see with your team is that your team has no great max pokemon. You have 3 support pokemon, none of which like to max, and Zacian cannot max. Additionally, Pheremosa's strongest max move has a relatively low base power of 120, usually making it more efficient to not max it since Close Combat would have the same base power anyway, making Lunala the only max option. As such, I would recommend adding another max option, Thundurus. You say that Pheremosa is your dark type counter, however, Zacian-Crowned counters all dark types except for Incineroar, making it kind of redundant. And when it comes to countering Incineroar, Thundurus is far better than Pheremosa at punishing Incineroar due to Defiant, and can also provide speed control via Max Airstream, or if you really want it, Electroweb is also an option outside of max. Additionally, Thundurus covers sun teams pretty well as it can outspeed OHKO the main max option on most sun teams, Charizard.
Pheremosa->Thundurus
Thundurus @ Life Orb
Ability: Defiant
Level: 50
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Wild Charge
- Fly
- Brick Break
- Protect
Additionally, having two redirectors is rather redundant, and is only used on hyper aggressive setup teams, which your team does not have. In this case, Amoonguss is much better than Indeedee as it can counter Trick Room teams, and Indeedee does not offer much as nobody on the team particularly benefits from Psychic Terrain(only one psychic move on the entire team, and the only mon that would really benefit from being protected by fake out is Tornadus, who is hit by Fake Out anyways because psychic terrain doesn't affect it). However, I understand the need to improve physical bulk, and so I would recommend using Incineroar, which increases physical bulk via Intimidate and has both Fake Out and Parting Shot for positioning as well.
Indeedee-F->Incineroar
Incineroar @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Intimidate
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 156 Def / 92 SpD / 4 Spe
Impish Nature
- Fake Out
- Flare Blitz
- Parting Shot
- Darkest Lariat
(don't question what the funny EVs are I just took them from pikalytics)
Finally, while Tornadus is useful for Tailwind, and still a respectable option for providing tailwind support, in general, Whimsicott outclasses it as a Tailwind setter, due to a higher speed stat and better support moves such as Helping Hand. Tornadus's main niche is eliminating grass types for Kyogre on Kyogre teams, and this team literally has no pokemon weak to grass, making Whimsicott the better option in this case. However, if you really felt that Tornadus played extremely well, keeping it is also a valid option. As a side note, Heavy-Duty Boots are completely useless in VGC as no pokemon run hazards, ever.
Tornadus->Whimsicott
Whimsicott @ Focus Sash
Ability: Prankster
Level: 50
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Tailwind
- Energy Ball
- Helping Hand
- Taunt / Cotton Spore
Finally, some other minor changes:
Amoonguss Black Sludge->Coba Berry
Amoonguss should run another item other than Black Sludge, generally it doesn't survive long enough for Black Sludge to actually be useful. In this case, Coba Berry is the most useful as Max Airstream is the most common max move and you don't have access to Focus Sash due to Whimsicott.
Amoonguss Sludge Bomb->Protect
you want to run Protect on Amoonguss in situations where you want to preserve it, with Sludge Bomb having very few targets in the meta.
Lunala Psyshock->Wide Guard
Psyshock is simply not very useful, with its only relevant target being Venusaur, and in the games I have played with the updated team, Thundurus usually killed Venusaur before Lunala even hit the field. Wide Guard is more useful as with Wide Guard + Amoonguss you can shut down Kyogre pretty well, whereas before the Kyogre matchup was much more questionable.

Hope I helped!
