Back when I was a noob on console BSS in SwSh, I got wrecked by a Butterfree and ever since I've used Butterfree in SwSh BSS with Sleep Powder, Sub, Hurricane, and Quiver Dance. However, since Butterfree is gone, I decided to bring Compound Eyes Vivillon as an arguably better replacement to Butterfree. Since Vivillon is kind of slow, I paired it with Tailwind support. Here is the team.

Bug of doom (Vivillon-Fancy) @ Leftovers
Ability: Compound Eyes
Level: 50
Tera Type: Flying
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Sleep Powder
- Substitute
- Quiver Dance
- Hurricane

This is the big mean set. With Compound Eyes, I have a 97.5% accurate Sleep Powder, and with Tailwind plus full investment Timid, I outspeed basically everything. Sleep Powder is self explanatory, with no sleep clause, it can go insane. Substitute gives me a safety barrier if the opponent wakes up. Quiver Dance allows me to threaten even resists provided I set up enough, and at +1 even without Tailwind I still outspeed a lot of things. Hurricane has 91% accuracy with Compound Eyes, and with Tera Flying, it hits really hard, although I'm thinking maybe a defensive Tera is better. It also has a chance to confuse, which adds to an already trolly set.

Nut shell (Cloyster) @ White Herb
Ability: Skill Link
Level: 50
Tera Type: Ground
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Shell Smash
- Drill Run
- Rock Blast
- Icicle Spear

This thing can sweep entire teams if I get a Shell Smash set up. White Herb allows me not to be easily revenge killed by priority physical moves. Tera Ground allows Drill Run to be stronger. I'm running Drill Run instead of Tera Blast because even if I don't Tera, I would still have Ground coverage. Rock Blast hits 5 times with Skill Link and hits hard with a 125 BP. Icicle Spear with STAB and Skill Link goes absolutely nuclear with a BP of 187.5 with STAB.

Birb (Espathra) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Speed Boost
Level: 50
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Roost
- Baton Pass
- Dazzling Gleam

If you let this thing Baton Pass to Gholdengo, you are dead (provided no Sucker Punch). Rocky Helmet is kind of a filler item because of the only 1 item in a team clause, ideas would be helpful. Calm Mind allows me to be more tanky on the special side while making me stronger. Speed Boost is what allows my special mons to snowball. Roost is recovery, no real explanation needed. Baton Pass gives my boosts to Gholdengo, which sweeps. Dazzling Gleam with Tera Fairy can hit decently hard, and Tera Fairy gives good resistances also.

Mothra (Volcarona) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Swarm
Level: 50
Tera Type: Bug
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Bug Buzz
- Fiery Dance
- Psychic
- Tailwind

This is my Tailwind setter that can pack a punch. Focus Sash allows me to survive SE Rock attacks. Bug Buzz with Swarm and Tera Bug hits really hard, although maybe another Tera would be better and maybe Flame Body is better, but I like the gimmick. Fiery Dance is STAB that can allow this thing to sweep if I get SpA with Tailwind. Psychic is coverage that I think could be replaced by another coverage move.

Baxcalibur @ Loaded Dice
Ability: Thermal Exchange
Level: 50
Tera Type: Ground
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Icicle Spear
- Earthquake
- Glaive Rush

Loaded Dice makes Icicle Spear good, reliable STAB and with DD it can sweep too. DD makes me faster and stronger. Dice makes Icicle Spear at least a 150 BP move with STAB. Earthquake is coverage and with Tera Ground, it hits really hard. Glaive Rush DESTROYS any non resists or Fairies. I honestly think this along with Cloyster are the most replaceable, but I like both.

Gholdengo @ Life Orb
Ability: Good as Gold
Level: 50
Tera Type: Flying
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Make It Rain
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Flash Cannon

The BP abuser with Espathra. LO makes me hit like a dump truck on steroids. Flying Tera gives me immunity to Equake. Make It Rain hits like a nuke with SpA boosts. Shadow Ball is STAB. Focus Blast is coverage, although maybe Tbolt for Corv? Flash Cannon is more reliable STAB that doesn't lower SpA. Maybe Make It Rain, Tbolt, Focus Miss, and Shadow Ball with Tera Electric could be good, but I'm not sure. I honestly don't know what item to use with this thing 100% so recommendations would be nice there too.

This is the team. I really like it, but I think it gets destroyed by Sucker Punch, so I think I need help there. Also, Tera Grass screws over Vivillon if I'm going for Sleep Powder, but I think that is just a side effect of using SP. Also, I'm wondering if I should use Rocks or Spikes with this team. I previously used Hydreigon for Tailwind and Rocks, but I like Volc because it can sweep unprepared teams. These are the cores that I use with this team

Volc + Viv + Bax / Cloy

Volc leads and either attacks if the opponent is slower, or sets up Tailwind if the opponent. Once it dies, I bring in Vivillon (if I wanna play safe) or Bax / Cloy (if I'm confident I can sweep). If I bring in Vivillon, I use SP, set up Sub, Quiver Dance, SP if opponent switches or wakes up, and rinse and repeat until I'm confident the evil butterfly can sweep. If I bring in Bax or Cloy, I use DD or SS respectively and sweep. If there is a point to Tera for defensive typing or more damage, then I will. This core is weak to Rocks, so I may wanna run Boots on one on my mons. More cores coming later.

Volcarona + Espathra + Gholdengo

Volcarona, despite being here for Tailwind, can sweep, although most of the time I have Volc as an offensive lead. Mostly, I just use whatever move makes since and don't bother setting up Tailwind if I'm in the lead because of Speed Boost. Once Volc dies, I bring in Espathra and start CMing until I think I can sweep, then I BP to Gholdengo and it destroys everything. Pretty simple.

I feel like Cloyster puts in the least amount of work, I'm shifting to using Baxcalibur as a physical attacker, so a replacement for that would be nice.

Also, once I migrate to BSS Series 2, I want some suggestions for my mons since the Paradox Mons are coming.
