Pokepaste for team: https://pokepast.es/49c8efb60e78ab
So a month ago I think I created a new main team for Pokemon showdown. So far I won more battles than I have lost, so here I am now.
During the making of the team I figured players usually send out a setup mon first. So here's where my first mon comes in:
Meowscarada:
Tricky (Meowscarada) @ Choice Band
Ability: Protean
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Trick
- Flower Trick
- Thunder Punch
- Substitute
Meowscarada has great speed so I gave it choice band/Trick to prevent the opponent mon from setting up. This has worked well for me so far but has also failed if the opponent is holding a flame/toxic orb or when the opponent goes for a sleeping move like spore or yawn. Other than that Meowscarada also has substitute since after all it is pretty frail with both defensive base stats being at 70. Of course Meowscarada also has Flower Trick for crits and Thunder Punch for flying mons. And since it's ability is Protein it's also Psychic in battle.

Jolteon: I have Jolteon as my ace Pokemon. I usually use it in the middle of the battle. Since gen 9 gave the eeveelutions Calm Mind I always choose it as a setup. It also has Thunderbolt, Protect, and Yawn. Yawn is for physical attackers because Jolteon is pretty frail, and using calm mind for the 2-3 turns the opponents mon is asleep gives me a chance to setup and OHKO. And protect is for... protecting.

Voltage (Ace) (Jolteon) @ Leftovers
Ability: Volt Absorb
Tera Type: Electric
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Calm Mind
- Yawn
- Protect

Dragonite: Dragonite is one of my team's sweepers. It has multiscale so I can get at least two dragon dances in without having to worry about losing to much health early on. After dragon dance is set up, if the opponent's mon is still not doing too much damage, I choose dragon dance again for 2.5x attack and speed, then use Outrage or Extreme Speed. It also has Fire Punch for the Ice type mons.

Draco (Dragonite) @ Expert Belt
Ability: Multiscale
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Fire Punch
- Dragon Dance
- Extreme Speed
- Outrage

Scizor: Scizor is my other team's sweepers. I mainly tera scizor because of Bullet Punch. I usually ALWAYS go for Swords Dance as soon as Scizor is sent out, to boost it already great attack. It has Night Slash just because, and X-Scizor is for STAB until I tera. I don't want to replace Night Slash with Close Combat because it lowers Defensive stats. Plus Scizor is kinda slow so if it were to have Close Combat the next turn the opponent's mon would have an easy K.O.

Scizor @ Leftovers
Ability: Technician
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- Night Slash
- X-Scissor

Greninja: Greninja is the second to last mon I use. Swords Dance changes it type to just Normal, so I don't worry about the Fairy types. Gunk Shot is for fairy types too. Liquidation for stab and U-turn for switching out. There's not much more to this one.

Greninja @ Leftovers
Ability: Protean
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Gunk Shot
- Liquidation
- U-turn

Armarouge: This is almost always the last Pokemon I send out, and for a good reason. If all of my other Pokemon fail to do the job, this Pokemon is my last option. Basically, It's moveset is Calm Mind, Armor Cannon, Dragon Pulse, and Psychic. It's Ability? Of course, Weak Armor. And it's item? Weakness Policy. You may see where I'm going with this, but let me explain it to you anyway.
I don't use Armor Cannon until Armarouge is hit. You already know how Weakness Policy works so, After using Calm Mind twice, 2x Speed, 2x Attack (Which I don't use) And 2.5x to 3.5x Sp. Atk, which is the most important, depending on how many time I use Calm Mind.

Armarouge @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Weak Armor
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Armor Cannon
- Calm Mind
- Dragon Pulse
- Psychic
And that's my team. Feel free to tell me on what I can improve and things like that.

The Pokepaste link doesn't work for me.  Can you manually input the team instead?
Also what format?
This is OU, judging by the Pokemon, as Meows, Dnite, Gren, and Sciz are in OU. Jolteon isn't really that great of a Pokemon, as Clodsire and any Pokemon that can tank its attacks beat it. With the set you are running, any Ground type hardwalls it. If you need a special setup Pokemon, you could use special Iron Valiant with Calm Mind, Psyshock / Aura Sphere / Focus Blast, Moonblast, and Thunderbolt with Booster Energy (252 SpA, 4 Def, 252 Spe for EVs with Timid Nature). You could try and switch Armarouge out with a support hazard setter and spinner like Great Tusk or Iron Treads. You could also run Focus Sash + Spikes /Tspikes Meow if you want more of an HO team
I think Jolteon is a great Pokemon. I like Jolteon.

You should put those into the question.
Just because you like Jolteon, doesn't mean you should use it in OU. The best format for it is probably NU or RU right now. You could probably replace Night Slash or X-Scissor on Sciz for Close Combat.
I'm keeping Jolteon on my team solely because I like it. It hasn't been that bad of a mon, anyway.
Also Close Combat Scizor is not really good imo
Close Combat provides coverage against Steel types, which Scizor can otherwise not hit very hard.
If your armarouge is using weak armor why not give it a Focus sash as i've learned both of them can't be hit very hard or they die, as most people use earthquakes on the duo you could also take turns leading up to the focus sash being used using calm mind.
Jolteon is a good Pokemon in NU. You should play that instead of OU.
At least, don't force it in OU and then give pushback when you ask for advice and get told it's bad.
Fizz has told me that before and tbh im glad i listened
