Mega Scizor
Scizor @ Scizorite
Ability: Light Metal
Tera Type: Bug
EVs: 248 HP / 112 Def / 128 SpD / 20 Spe
Impish Nature
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Roost

What Mega Scizor does
Mega Scizor is currently a strong force in the meta, switching into and threatening offensive threats such as Iron Valiant, Mega Lopunny, Baxcalibur, Weavile, and Kartana, sitting comfortably on gluemons such as Lando-T and Great Tusk to use them as setup fodder while forcing out Mega Diancie, as well as being able to threaten defensive Pokémon such as Clodsire, non-tera Garganacl, with U-turn allowing it to switch out of unfavourable matchups such as Gholdengo, Skeledirge, and Rotom-W and keep momentum.

The set
The given EV spread avoids the 2HKO from Mega Lopunny's CC after Stealth Rock, with Bullet Punch 2HKOing after the defence drops, with the SpD investment allowing Scizor to better switch into Valiant and Lele and the Spe letting it outspeed uninvested Heatran. With the offensive nature of the current meta, a strong priority option is pretty much necessary, and Scizor provides this with a technician-boosted Bullet Punch, making it an excellent revenge killer. U-turn maintains momentum and brings in my offensive threats. Swords Dance makes Scizor into a potent wincon, while Roost provides longevity - these 2 moves form a combination which allows Scizor to blow through Lando-T/Tusk cores mid-game and makes it a fearsome late-game presence.

Mega Scizor in this team
This team is built around abusing VoltTurn, and Scizor's U-turn is an important part of this. Its ability to switch into Mega Lopunny and Valiant helps the team hugely, as few of its members enjoy taking hits from these, and the threat it poses to Mega Diancie, which is otherwise a large threat, is greatly appreciated. Without Scizor's 4x fairy resistance and Bullet Punch, this team could easily fold to Lele, Valiant, or Mega Diancie. Scizor helps Tornadus greatly, dealing with Clodsire and Weavile, which would otherwise be able to wall and revenge kill it respectively. Though Scizor's synergy with Tornadus is strong, its closest partner in this team is arguably Rotom-W, the two of them forming an excellent VoltTurn core to chip and pivot around their checks, as well as to bring in the team's offensive threats in Pult, Tornadus, and Kingambit.

Dragapult
Dragapult @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Infiltrator
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Hex
- Dragon Darts
- U-turn

What Dragapult does
Dragapult is an excellent offensive pivot which provides utility with Will-O-Wisp, crippling offensive threats such as Zamazenta, Mega Lopunny, and Kingambit, avoiding Kingambit's Sucker Punch. One of Dragapult's main selling points is that it is so versatile, forcing your opponent to play a risky guessing game - WispHex, Specs, and DDance all having different counterplay. Pult spreads status, aided by its ability to pivot, and can be very threatening late-game against weakened teams.

The set
The EV spread gives maximises Pult's offensive power, with an unresisted Hex 2HKOing most of the meta when burned, and becoming even more powerful with Tera Ghost, though I rarely choose to Tera Dragapult. (Pretty much only Pex, Heatran and Ferrothorn avoid the guaranteed 2HKO.) It's speed is also maximised, ensuring that it is able to be a reliable revenge killer along with its utility, as well as giving a valuable fast U-turn. Though Hex can deal colossal damage, DDarts is needed to dent specially bulky Mons such as Clodsire. Boots are used so that it can continue pivoting without needing to worry about hazards. Infiltrator means that Dragapult can hit opposing Pult behind a Sub, as well as being a hard counter to Sub Gliscor.

Dragapult in this team
As another pivot, Dragapult keeps up momentum and synergises well with the other pivots in the team, especially Rotom-W, which deals with Heatran well, as well as chipping Toxapex. Dragapult greatly appreciates Scizor's 4x Fairy resistance and can take Fighting attacks for Kingambit, while Kingambit takes Dragon and Dark attacks for it. Dragapult further helps Kingambit by spreading status, weakening teams to help Kingambit clean late-game. Against Ting-Lu, Clodsire, and Toxapex, Dragapult can bring in Kingambit and Lando-T to threaten them or burn them to reduce their longevity.

Kingambit
Kingambit @ Black Glasses
Ability: Supreme Overlord
Tera Type: Flying
EVs: 116 HP / 252 Atk / 140 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Knock Off
- Iron Head
- Sucker Punch
- Swords Dance

What Kingambit does
Kingambit is almost certainly the best Pokémon in the meta right now and, I would argue, a must-include on any team other than perhaps hard stall. With its combination of potential sets, a dynamic STAB combo, and access to priority, it can threaten almost any team. It excells most as a late-game cleaner thanks to Supreme Overlord, but can also be valuable mid-game as it threatens Skeledirge, Clodsire, Garganacl, Gholdengo, and Mega Diancie, as well as being able to reliably switch in to and threaten Dragapult.
This thing is kinda broken but I'm not complaining.

The set
140 Spe EVs allows Kingambit to outspeed standard Skeledirge sets, though with the current state of speed wars, this may need to go up, while we go for max offensive threat with 252 Atk EVs. Knock Off is very useful mid-game, as few would-be switch-ins such as Rotom-W, Toxapex, Torkoal, and Zamazenta like losing their item, and it also serves as a powerful STAB when cleaning late game, especially when boosted by Black Glasses and Supreme Overlord, which I have chosen over Defiant as I feel that it's less of a matchup fish, and allows Kingambit to become absurdly powerful very quickly. At +4 On Supreme Overlord, even some of the most physically bulky Mons in the meta in Pex, Ferrothorn, and Corviknight risk the 3HKO by Knock Off, and at +5 they are certainly 3HKOed. Offensive Mons not called Iron Valiant fear a Sucker Punch, while Valiant fears Tera Flying + Iron Head, as do Mega Lopunny, Tusk, and Lando-T, all of which would otherwise check it. When you add Swords Dance into the mix, it becomes nigh unstoppable.

Kingambit in this team
Kingambit is this team's main wincon, able to come in late-game with Supreme Overlord boosting it and shatter weakened teams - once all the pivoting and statusing is done, in comes Kingambit and cleans up. It greatly appreciates status support from its teammates, with Rotom-W's paralysis allowing to outspeed would-be revenge killers, Lando-T's Toxic bringing Mons which would not otherwise be OHKOed such as Zapdos and opposing Lando-T into OHKO or 2HKO range, and Pult's Will-O-Wisp making sure it beats opposing Kingambit. It also switches reliably into Dragapult and threatens Mega Diancie, both of which are otherwise problematic for the team, while dealing with Skeledirge and Gholdengo for Mega Scizor.

I'll continue this in the comments as it's too big.

by
Landorus-Therian @ Rocky Helmet

Ability: Intimidate
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe

Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Toxic
- Stealth Rock

What Landorus does
Well... It's Lando-T. Landorus is a solid pivot which provides hazard support and utility with Intimidate. It is a reliable counter to offensive threats such as Zamazenta, offensive Garchomp, and Dragonite, as well as being able to act as an offensive threat in itself with 145 base Atk

The set
This set opts for physical bulk to better take on the aforementioned threats, with max investment in HP and Def while 4 Spe EVs allow it to speed creep other Lando-Ts. Toxic allows Landorus to spread status, Stealth Rock providing hazard support, and U-turn maintains momentum. Earthquake allows it to threaten Pokémon which would otherwise sit on it such as Volcarona, stopping it from becoming too passive. Tera Water turns its Water and Ice weaknesses into resistances, allowing it to better deal with Weavile and Urshifu-R, while Rocky Helmet chips physical attackers, punishing Mega Lopunny's Fake Out and U-turn on Mons like Dragapult and Mega Scizor.

Landorus in this team
Landorus fits in to the VoltTurn backbone of the team, forming an especially effective pair with, again, Rotom-W - these 2 can pivot around each other's threats such as Rillaboom and Weavile, statusing them along the way, as well as dealing effectively with Heatran, which is otherwise a great threat. Landorus's slow U-turn is useful for bringing in the team's offensive threats, and it helps them in other ways too - Dragapult appreciates Lando-T's Toxic for its Hex, and Kingambit also appreciates Toxic as it weakens its checks such as Zapdos and opposing Lando-T, as well as the hazard support, with Stealth Rock turning 3HKOs on Pex and Ferrothorn into potential 2HKOs. Landorus itself greatly appreciates Mega Scizor switching in to strong special attackers such as Valiant, and other threats such as Weavile.

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Thunder Wave
- Defog

What Rotom-W does
Rotom is an excellent defensive pivot, able to switch in on a variety of attackers such as Tornadus-T, Mega Scizor, and Mega Swampert while providing status and hazard control. It can lure and pivot on Ferrothorn and Dragapult to keep momentum and, unlike other Volt Switch Mons, can threaten Ground types such as Lando-T and Great Tusk.

The set
The given spread gives Rotom maximum physical bulk, meaning that it can reliably switch in on threats such as Mega Scizor and Mega Swampert. Volt Switch makes it a good pivot while Hydro Pump hits Ground Types which would otherwise block it hard. I run TWave over WoW as Pult already runs WoW, and also because this is a fairly slow team which appreciates paralysis, with Defog over Pain Split for hazard removal, as I do not feel that losing Pain Split affects Rotom-W's longevity too badly. Tera Ghost improves Rotom-W's matchup against Zamazenta and Mega Medicham, as well as allowing Rotom to spinblock.

Rotom-W in this team
Rotom-W provides and excellent VoltTurn core and defensive backbone to the team along with Mega Scizor and Landorus - Mega Scizor deals with Weavile, Kartana, and Tapu Lele while Rotom threatens Skeledirge and chips Zapdos. Rotom and Landorus are an effective combination against Heatran and can soak up offensive pressure while pivoting around and threatening defensive Pokémon such as Ferrothorn and Toxapex. The slow Volt Switch is useful for bringing in my own offensive threats.

Tornadus-Therian @ Flyinium Z
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Flying
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Bleakwind Storm
- Heat Wave
- U-turn

What Tornadus-T does
Tornadus is currently one of the strongest Pokémon in the meta, with 2 different sets (pivot and Nasty Plot) forcing the opponent to play a guessing game. Offensive Tornadus forces progress against a variety of teams, threatening Lando-T/Tusk cores on offence and balance, as well as being able to put pressure on most of the meta from Ferrothorn and Toxapex to Scizor, Iron Valiant, Urshifu, Volcarona and Kartana, as well as being able to stay healthy throughout a game.

The set
This set goes for both firepower and consistency, with full investment in Spe and SpA and 4 HP EVs to maximise healing from Regenerator. I chose Bleakwind storm over Hurricane for consistency, and because BWS still 2HKOs Water Absorb Clod at +2 if leftovers have been knocked off, with Heat Wave over Focus Blast to hit Gholdengo. With Nasty Plot, this set quickly becomes absurdly powerful, Bleakwind Storm OHKOing Chomp and Lando-T after Stealth Rock at +2. Flyinium-Z provides a 1-time accurate nuke which does ~70% to Garganacl and Pex at +2 as well as doing ~50% to specially defensive Heatran, making Tornadus into a fearsome wallbreaker and sweeper. U-turn is used over Knock Off or Taunt as I feel that Tornadus can become a bit of a momentum sink otherwise, and U-turn synergises well with Regenerator.

Tornadus-T in this team
Tornadus is an offensive threat which can open the way for Kingambit to sweep by removing threats such as Tusk, Valiant, and Lando-T, as well as dealing with Ferrothorn. It also provides a nuke for wallbreaking in Supersonic Skystrike, allowing the team to better break through the likes of Pex and Garganacl.

Threats to this team

Mega Charizard Y
There's not much to say here, Charizard just OHKOs or 2HKOs everything with Flamethrower or Solar Beam. A combination of Tornadus, Pult, and keeping Rocks up is kinda the only way to beat it but it has a habit of getting a kill every time it comes in.

Zamazenta
This is a threat to pretty much everything at the moment to be honest. Band CC 2HKOs Scizor, Rotom, and Tornadus it doesn't fear anything from a Tera Flying Kingambit, so Landorus and Pult pivoting/status is really the only thing that can stop it. Less of a problem than Zard-Y though.
You say that Scizor has 'Technician boosted bullet punch, but his ability is light metal, but i guess the fact that you are planning on using it as ur mega makes it better but why not give it technician pre-mega?
Light Metal pre-mega helps against Low Kick Kingambit
