Munkidori @ Choice Specs
Ability: Toxic Chain
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Sludge Wave
- U-Turn
- Shadow Ball
- Psychic

Standard Specs set. Even though I have 0 IVs in Atk and Timid nature, U-Turn can still break Sashes which is great. Shadow Ball is coverage, and Sludge Wave and Psychic is STAB.

Fezandipiti @ Focus Sash
Ability: Toxic Chain
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Poison
EVs: 88 HP / 169 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- U-turn
- Tailwind
- Gunk Shot
- Play Rough

U-Turn is for safely switching, Tailwind is to set up a nice speed boost (why I didn't run Scarf on Munki) and Gunk Shot and Play Rough is STAB. Toxic Chain is great too.

Toxapex (M) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Poison
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Baneful Bunker
- Recover
- Haze
- Knock Off

EVs are from Smogon's guessed spread. I don't know if it's good. Haze is to stop setup sweepers. Baneful Bunker punishes any Physical attackers that try to attack Toxapex. Knock Off removes items and gets nice chip damage. Recover is great healing.

Glimmora (M) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Toxic Debris
Tera Type: Rock
EVs: 240 HP / 8 Atk / 8 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Mortal Spin
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic Spikes
- Earth Power

Another guessed spread because I'm too lazy to make a real spread. Mortal Spin stops hazards, and Stealth Rock / Toxic Spikes sets up my own hazards. Earth Power is just a filler coverage move.

Okidogi @ Black Sludge
Ability: Guard Dog
Tera Type: Poison
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Gunk Shot
- Knock Off
- Bulk Up

Bulk Up set. Drain Punch does a lot of damage because of Bulk Up boosts and is great recovery. Knock Off removes items and would be coverage if it didn't get ruined by basically any Psychic type. Gunk Shot is STAB.

Sneasler (M) @ White Herb
Ability: Unburden
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
IVs: 0 SpA
- Close Combat
- Dire Claw
- U-turn
- Shadow Claw

Close Combat activates White Herb and so increases Speed. U-Turn is to switch, and Shadow Claw is coverage against weak Psychic / Ghost types. Dire Claw is great STAB and can put opposing Pokémon to sleep.

I think you overlook Terastillizing is banned in Monotype. Or maybe not, since you only gave Munkidori a Tera type different than it typing.
Also the Sneasler strat gets stopped by Mono-Ghost. I would suggest Air-Balloon as the item. It’s risky but has the highest chance of being used. Focus Sash is ruined by hazards. You know, Mirror Herb could be a cool choice by switching Sneasler in after a sweeper KOs a teammate.
Not sure if I'll make this an answer since I haven't used Poison much in NatDex Monotype, but there are a couple things I see that I'm going to address:

 - You don't have a Ground immunity on the team. You could replace Fezandipiti with a Ground immunity, preferably Crobat since it can check Mega Gallade.
- You don't really need Glimmora in NatDex Monotype. You could replace it with Mega Venusuar since it can check Electric- and Ground-types.
- Toxapex needs Scald, so use Scald > Baneful Bunker. You can replace Knock Off with Toxic.
- You shouldn't have Okidogi and Sneasler on the same team. I'd replace Okidogi with Alolan Muk for a Psychic immunity and make Sneasler a Choice Scarf set. You can use Okidogi if you don't mind dropping Sneasler.

Also, I'm curious, did you build the team around Munkidori? Munkidori seems like the kind of Pokemon that you would need to build around and won't be able to just slap it onto a team.

I guess Specs Munkidori is fine, though I've been toying with Nasty Plot + Z-move. Here is the team if you're interested: https://pokepast.es/dd5cfc99b07da4eb (You could make Munkidori specs and make Toxapex Icium Z)
Changed the team to this:
https://pokepast.es/7b3c529a73286c3c
Getting some success with it
the newer team:

Any thoughts? I want to fit Crobat in but I don't know who to replace. Clodsire is very useful because of Unaware, but I don't know about Okidogi. It's a nice sweeper, but Sneasler is probably a billion times better

Munkidori - Only change is it need focus blast over u-turn

Fezandipiti - Why? Yea i know tailwind but if you want speed control you could just use aridos (both are bad but still). Honestly an overall good mon that can help with speed control is iron moth with scarf which is far better

Toxapex - Set is fine but if you want a bulky pivot g slowbro is better (note DONT USE CHILLY AGAINST ICE)

Glimmora - This team doesn't really need glim because it's not full ho so i would just replace it with A muk to have a psychic immunity while adding more bulk

Okidogi - No. Sneasler is better because of its faster speed tier and access to swords dance so just replace it with Amoongus/G weezing for ground types

Sneasler - Only change is sd over shadow claw because of A muk

Hope I could help!
