Made a new Gen 9 Natdex team with some pokemon i wanted to test out

Alomomola @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Toxic
- Wish
- Protect
- Flip Turn

Alomomola is here because I mean why not? Great utility in toxic, passive recovery to my whole team Via Wish passing, protect to make sure it gets wish off on itself like you see with your average Randbats Umbreons and bulk letting it dish out rocky helmet damage against pesky physical attackers

Mudsdale @ Leftovers
Ability: Stamina
Tera Type: Ground
EVs: 244 HP / 12 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Body Press
- Iron Defense
- Heavy Slam

Mudsdale is here to drive home Physical bulk, I will remove him if needed but he is my electric immunity (I could just use Zapdos i guess) but Stamina is a great ability to catch Physical attackers or people attempting to hit Mola with an electric type move who are then threatened by earthquake, body press due to Stamina and Iron defense letting him rack up defense boosts and Heavy Slam for fairies

Rock, Paper (Scizor) @ Scizorite
Ability: Technician
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Bug
EVs: 248 HP / 112 Def / 120 SpD / 28 Speed
Impish Nature
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- Knock Off
- Roost

A Bulky mega Scizor set to help clean up end-game, Roost for obvious reasons, letting him take strong hits my other pokemon can’t take well, Bullet punch is amazing priority pairing well with his ability, Knock off to shut down stall that rely on their items, Eviolite Chansey, Leftovers blissey, etc. Can also hit gholdengo’s due to knock off which he HATES, and swords dance to assist with his attack due to no investment

Koko Pops (Tapu Koko) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Electric Surge
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Electric
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Dazzling Gleam
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- U-turn

Tapu Koko is used in a way you’ll see for the last pokemon on the team while also being able to hold his own, U-turn over volt switch because he cannot do much against certain ground types but can perform will on Garchomp and Landorus T due to 4x super effective HP Ice, which is a staple on Tapu Koko, Thunderbolt for a strong stab move boosted further by electric terrain and Dazzling gleam to take advantage of his secondary stab

Korg (Regirock) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Rock
EVs: 252 HP / 64 Atk / 192 SpD
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic
- Stone Edge
- Rest

Regirock is a pokemon i’ve never used in my life before, but looking at his 100/200/100 defensive split left me wondering why I haven’t? He’s bulky, can be used to set rocks and get toxic chip on pokemon that would otherwise irritate my team if Scizor is gone, Mega Charizard Y will also have to think twice about switching in and rest to improve his already great longevity, Stone edge to hit Char Y if he comes in before rocks are up

Gardellade (Iron Valiant) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Quark Drive
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Moonblast
- Psyshock
- Vacuum Wave
- Shadow Ball

Iron Valiant is on this team too because of Tapu Koko, Specs Quark Drive valiant is a specially attacking monster with these boosts, Vacuum wave for a good fighting stab priority move, Psyshock to cause SpDef walls to explode if they try coming in, Shadow Ball for extra coverage plus a special defense drop chance and Moonblast for massive fairy stab and a counter for Zamazenta which can run rampant if not accounted for

Some of your Pokémon have weird EVs, like 64 Atk on Regirock, 24 Spe on Scizor, and 12 Atk on Mudsdale. Could you explain why they're like this? What Pokémon does Scizor need to outspeed, and what Pokémon do you need a little extra attack for Regirock and Mudsdale to break past?
I had answers to these questions before, but it’s been so long since I looked at this post that I forgot

But I think I gave Regirock the 64 points in attack to make sure it gets the kill on Yard as the thing can be pretty oppressive without counters (will probably bring a different rock type move because I don’t trust Stone Edge)

Ok, let's take a look at this team. It looks great, none of the members look like they need replacing. That is... until you consider that literally every member of this team is more physically defensive than specially defensive. I mean, Regirock is your best special tank, and he's not actually supposed to be a special tank. I would advise you to remove one of your Physical tanks (Alomomola, Mudsdale or Regirock) and replace it with a Special tank.

If you opt to replace Alomomola, I would use another Wish passer, like Blissey, or Evolite Chansey. Maybe even Clefable.

If you opt to replace Mudsdale (the weakest link in my opinion), you could use a Specially defensive body press user, like Goodra-H. Possible set:

Goodra-Hisui @ Leftovers
Ability: Shell Armor
Tera Type: Steel
- Acid Armor/Curse
- Body Press
- Heavy Slam
- Earthquake/Draco Meteor/Whatever

If you opt to replace Regirock, Registeel is another option for a rock setter. 80/150/150 defenses aren't bad either. If you want a rocks setter that can check Zard Y, you could use Diance with Diamond Storm.

Calcs for your options:

If you keep Regirock, you don't need 64 Atk. 0 Atk is fine for dealing with Zard Y:

0 Atk Regirock Stone Edge vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Charizard-Mega-Y: 528-624 (177.7 - 210.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Watch out for Zard still though:

252 SpA Charizard-Mega-Y Solar Beam vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Regirock: 220-260 (60.4 - 71.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Registeel can technically take a hit from Zard Y:

252 SpA Charizard-Mega-Y Weather Ball (100 BP Fire) vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Registeel in Sun: 306-362 (84 - 99.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Diance is a possible option as well:

252 SpA Charizard-Mega-Y Solar Beam vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Diancie: 164-194 (53.9 - 63.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

4 Atk Diancie Diamond Storm vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Charizard-Mega-Y: 532-628 (179.1 - 211.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Whichever ones you choose, you need at least one, maybe two special walls. Now, let's look at the rest of the team and add a few tweaks:

Alomomola:

If you choose to keep Alomomola, the set you have is just fine.

Mudsdale:

Mudsdale looks like the weakest of your Physical Walls, and replacing him with Goodra-H is probably the best option. Your team doesn't really need an electric immunity, a specially defensive resist is fine. If you want to keep Mudsdale, put the 12 Atk somewhere else, I did some calcs, and 12 Atk doesn't confirm kills on anything really.

Scizor-Mega:

Looks fine, but the speed EVs don't make sense. You don't really outspeed anything with them. I would put them into Atk, Def, or Spd.

Tapu Koko:

Looks fine, but I notice you don't have a Z-Move user on your team. Tapu Koko is pretty frail anyways, I would get rid of boots and replace with an Electric or Fairy Z-Crystal. The only thing you would need boots for anyways is Sticky Webs, and I think a Z-Crystal would be applicable in more situations.

Regirock:

Looks fine, but get rid of the 64 Atk, like I showed earlier, it's unnecessary. I would put it into Spd. You could also use Diance instead. If you use Diance, you could have your opponent guess which one is your Mega, because both Diance and Scizor can be commonly used without their Mega forms.

Iron Valiant:

All fine, except for Vacuum Wave, it's much weaker than Aura Sphere, and with Quark Drive Speed , you don't need a priority move.

So there you have it. I hope I helped.
