Torkoal @ Iapapa Berry
Ability: Drought
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA
Modest Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Clear Smog
- Flamethrower
- Stealth Rock
Obviously I need some sunlight because this is a fire team, also weaknes water moves. Flamethrower is a great Stab move and clear smog can clear away pokemon that dare try to dragon dance, rapid spin is also to remove hazards especially stealth rocks since they can harm my pokemon quite a bit, I really dont know what my other move can be so I'm just throwing out my own field move.

Ogerpon-Hearthflame @ Hearthflame Mask
Ability: Mold Breaker
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Ivy Cudgel
- Horn Leech
- Swords Dance
- Synthesis
Fire and Grass synergise extremely well with each other since Fire deals with almost every type grass struggles against, like steel, ice and bug. It really is a no brainer to use Ogerpon due to how versatile this queen is, Horn Leech and Ivy Cudgel are great STAB moves and Swords for fun setting up, Synthesis works very well since sun will be up and Ogerpon will heal 75% of her health instead of the usual 50%

Arcanine-Hisui @ Zoom Lens
Ability: Rock Head
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Flame Charge
- Head Smash
- Flare Blitz
- Extreme Speed
If my Arcanine played very effectively in my rock team, he would do just as great under sun, if not BETTER, since rock head is very good with flare blitz and flare blitz plus sun power-up equals LOTS OF DAMAGE! Flame charge is to make sure Arcanine can outspeed and get the Zoom Lens to work, landing much more STAB head smashes, extreme speed is also there for priority.

Ceruledge @ Life Orb
Ability: Weak Armor
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Flame Charge
- Bitter Blade
- Swords Dance
- Shadow Claw
Like Arcanine, flame charge is to outspeed stuff and swords dance to set up, Bitter blade is an excellent STAB move, like a stronger drain punch and Shadow Claw is also a reliable STAB move.

Gouging Fire @ Leftovers
Ability: Protosynthesis
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Burning Bulwark
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw
There's not much I can really do, just a classic Dragon dance sweeper, but Burning Bulwark would be a fun way to punish physical attackers, and due to protosynthesis, it will get a nice boost from the sunlight.

Volcarona @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Flame Body
Tera Type: Bug
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Quiver Dance
- Fiery Dance
- Bug Buzz
- Giga Drain
Volcarona has always been consistently good ever since its introduction, heavy-duty boots will keep it from getting poisoned from toxic spikes or get major damage from stealth rock. Fiery Dance and Bug buzz are the obvious STAB moves, quiver dance for excellent boosting, and Giga drain to deal massive damage to rock types and also healing alot in the process especially with some Quiver dances set up.

Hey. Nice team! I have a few minor adjustments to help you. So I’m guessing this is more of an HO Sun build and am going to think of that while giving advice:

Torkoal:

I’d suggest Heat Rock over Iapapa Berry to give its teammates the maximum time to abuse Sun. I’m guessing Clear Smog is to prevent Torkoal from being set up on. Since sleep moves are still legal in Monotype, I suggest replacing it with Yawn, which does a very efficient job at forcing switches and giving you free switches to your teammates. Flamethrower is fine but Lava Plume is usually preferred for the burn chance.

Ogerpon-Hearthflame:

Since Synthesis gives plenty of recovery, I suggest replacing Horn Leech for Trailblaze to maximize sweeping potential. Either that or replace Synthesis for Stomping Tantrum or Play Rough to help with coverage against Mono-Poison or Mono-Dragon.

Arcanine-Hisui:

I don’t think you understand Zoom Lens mechanics. It gives the boost If you move after your opponent, which Flame Charge doesn’t help with. I think your team would like the addition of a pure Wallbreaker, so I’d suggest to make the item Band, change the Nature to Jolly, and replace Flame Charge with Close Combat.

Ceruledge:

Ceruledge doesn’t need Flame Charge since Weak Armor gives all the speed it needs. Since Ceruledge is fragile, Life Orb is more detrimental than good for it. The lack of priority is a bit worrying for a Mon that will continually be lowering its Defense and Shadow Claw isn’t its best Ghost STAB. So here’s the new set I suggest:

Ceruledge @ Focus Sash / Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Weak Armor
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Poltergeist
- Bitter Blade
- Shadow Sneak

Focus Sash garuntees a Swords Dance while Heavy-Duty Boots makes it more reliable into hazards. Poltergeist is its strongest Ghost STAB and Shadow Sneak is important priority.

Gouging Fire: Suggest Heavy-Duty Boots over Leftovers to make sure hazards don’t cripple it. Other than that, it’s good.

Volcarona:

Looks good. Maybe Timid over Modest though and Bug Buzz can be replaced for Psychic, although not necessary.

Hope this helped!

Weakness armor
? The ability is called Weak Armor.
“Ceruledge doesn’t need Flame Charge since WEAKNESS ARMOR gives all the speed it needs.”
Ok. I see that now. Thanks.
